Poor Customer Service and SLOW Delivery
Slow delivery and poor after sales service (even the presales advice I got was slow).
The microscopes are solid and top quality (I use one at work and more recently, at home).
If you get any parts missing in your delivery don't bother contacting support as you'll just get a reply basically asking why you are telling them as they answer the emails and don't do the packing themselves! Despite contacting them within 48hrs of the SLOW DELIVERY there was no apology or even the offer to send the replacement part. Thankfully Amazon exists so I got the missing part from there the very next day.
