Was a bit dubious with some of the claims on the website and other reviews, but I cannot recommend AMS enough. I am an extremely critical person, but from Luke taking the first call through to Shanita at the end, the process has been seamless. I will definitely recommend and bear in mind for the future.

I am a self-employed contractor working outside IR35, who has recently set up as Ltd company.
I had reached out to various mortgage brokers who all said the same thing "its not possible to get a mortgage, you will need a minimum of 2 years books" so I had pretty much given up. A few weeks had passed and I thought I may as well try, the worst anyone can say is no. I had spoken to Access Mortgage Solutions and they said YES! from start to finish they have been professional, helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend to everyone.

AMS has been absolutely amazing in securing a mortgage for me when other companies couldn't, and for that, I am truly grateful. I used their services for a Right to Buy (RTB) mortgage, which can be quite a headache dealing with the Council. I was dissapointed with the initial contact and assumption around what debts i wanted clearing, from my credit report. And the additional admin cost that wasnt pre warned about.
But im hoping the contract and offer will be easier.

Very highly recommended, we spoke to Luke on a Friday morning and by Friday tea time we had a decision in principle. AMS mortgages were absolutely fantastic from the minute I approached them to when I received full mortgage offer. Having my own business made some things very tricky and stressful but the professional team guided me step by step through the whole process - In particular Claire who deals directly with the lender I know spent many hours making sure everything was crossed off to a tee. I would highly recommend using AMS mortgages to anybody.
