Have tried multiple times to contact this brand after they sent me the wrong size dress, which is useless to me. I just want to return it or be refunded but they are ignoring my emails and live chat messages.

Amy Jane London dresses are the most beautiful dresses I have ever purchased. The quality is unmatched, with the most beautiful prints and details. I feel sooo confident when I wear the dresses and get so many compliments from people asking where they are from! They are so unique and I can tell they are definitely made with love! 😍

I have seen countless influencers wearing dresses from this site so decided to purchase one on the 6th of august. It was advised that my order had been dispatched to DPD. After checking the tracking it said that it they were awaiting my item from Amy Jane London. After a week of my item not turning up I messaged Amy Jane on Instagram and did not receive a response. I then emailed for an update and again received no response. After a further 2 emails it was advised that there was a delay and my item would be dispatched on the following Monday. It has since been 6 weeks and I have not received my item and I have been ignored ever since.

The owner of this company does not respond to emails or DM’s but reads them. I have not been able to get a refund or my goods despite being patient and understanding of the initial delay.

Having done some further research there are multiple platforms and reviews online which advise the same experience. Refused refunds, no way of recovering funds or items purchased and being outright ignored by the owner. Multiple people have advised that they have had to request charge backs from their banks having been left no other option. Comments are often deleted from Instagram and TikTok of similar complaints.

I will be reporting this site for fraud, mistakes and delays are understandable. Having your funds stolen and being ignored is not and people like this should not be exploiting customers out of money for £100+ garments.

Emailed them several times about different queries at info(@)amyjanelondon.co.uk and with different emails but they never responded. Also tried using their web form a few times. It's a shame as I wanted to buy a cute dress for my partner. Can't trust a company that doesn't respond to customer queries.
