I finally have hydrated hair and hair growth postpartum
I have been experiencing post partum hair loss and breakage and was desperate to find something to make my dry straw like 3b/c curls hydrated. I came across amyla on Facebook and thought I’d give you a try, and I’m so glad I did! My hair finally feels hydrated, I’m seeing hair growth after 6 weeks of using the chebe line, all of the products smell amazing too. My curls look so much healthier! I wish I could get my delivery quicker but I am from the UK so shipping from America will take about a week. Definitely rate this company and I will be a long term customer.

I ordered some products over a month…
I ordered some products over a month ago and still have not received the items. There is also no scheduled shipping date or tracking number. I reached out via email, Facebook messenger, Instagram messages, and left comments in both. I finally filed a "ticket" on the website, but no one has offered to refund my money or provided me with a valid tracking. At this point, I think that I need to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges because this company has no intention on following through.

This Company is full of 💩
They scam people out of their money and NEVER deliver the products you paid for! I ordered a bundle on April 6 and never received it! I have sent out multiple emails to the company with nothing but promises and as of May 26, 2026 still no product!! They keep sending me emails to purchase more products but I still have received the products I paid for. They even sent me a coupon, what a joke. I should have read the reviews on the BBB before I purchased from them.. Don’t Order From Amyla Cosmetics!!! People work hard for their money and being screwed by trying to support companies is crazy!! I think that the people who never received their products should get together and file a class action suit against the company!!

Horrible customer service
Still waiting for my April order, then was charged for May after I requested subscription cancellation. All I receive are generic email messages requesting I be patient. It’s almost June. Horrible customer service. I understand delays happen however I have to keep reaching out. Nothing from customer service but the same generic message. And still no April order.
