Customer service is slow and not serious at all

I subscribed to the products by mistake. I was unable to unsubscribe but kept delivering and charging me monthly even after writing an email a month before. I had to report the incident to the bank which made me end up blocking my debit card since I couldn't trust them anymore.

Never received order

This company has horrible shipping logistics and customer service. I placed an order on May 4, 2026 (#99653) and as of May 20, 2026 have not received a tracking update. I keep getting the same response from customer service that they apologize and I will get an update soon. They really should update their website to reflect actual shipping times because saying you process within 24-48 hours is deceptive. I guess they prioritize their influencers who are out here advertising their products instead of working to fulfill orders from regular consumers. Meanwhile I received a email advertising that they have good stock of the products I ordered like they are teasing me. Unbelievably frustrating!

I placed two separate orders both on…

I placed two separate orders both on 4/25/2026 but only one arrived. I gave it some time but never received a tracking number or shipping information for the second order(99406). I have been reaching out for weeks only to be given an automated reply. The wording is the same in all of the responses. I have asked what is the issue and have not received an answer. I saw on the website that refunds can be issued if within 60 days of placing order. So I requested a refund only to be told that it isn't possible due to my order being in the shipping process. Also, I noticed on my checking statement that I have been charged two amounts that did not pertain to my order. Again, no explanation as to what the charges were for. Every response asks me to wait on more week and I will receive my products but they have still not arrived. It's been almost a whole month! I am very dissatisfied and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ASAP!

PLEASE BE WARE!!

I placed an order on 4/15. I initially emailed on 4/22 and received an email back from someone named “Shauna Meyers” stating that there was an issue with my order. The logistics dept has made the correction and they are working on my order. I started seeing people complain so on 4/29, I emailed to cancel everything. “Shauna” stated that it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been processed. However, each time I have asked it’s in queue to ship and it is being prioritized. On May 5, I was told I would have a tracking number in a week. It’s May 15 & u guessed it…I don’t have anything. I finally just went through my bank to dispute it and I left a shit ton of reviews on Instagram and Facebook hopefully others don’t order anything from them. I doubt they even have a product. Seems like they are just stealing peoples money. PLEASE BE WARE!!!

Disappointed Customer

I really wanted to support this company because I genuinely love their products, but the customer service experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I placed an order on April 9th and was told shipping normally takes 5–7 days. Since then, I’ve received multiple assurances that my order would ship “very soon,” that tracking information would be emailed shortly, and that the order had already entered the shipping flow and could not be canceled.

More than a month later, I still have no tracking information, no shipment confirmation, and I continue receiving the same generic responses from customer support.

Delays happen — I understand that. But transparency and communication matter, and this experience has completely undermined my confidence as a customer. Hoping the company will finally provide a real resolution.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. You will never receive your products. Instead they will keep sending you a generic email apologizing for the delay in shipping and denying you a refund for a product you will never receive. Save yourself the headache.

The shipment was very late then for me too return I have to pay the Shampoo is not Chebe Shampoo the name on the label say Chebe but it's not and to wait over 2 months for the wrong product is ridiculous. Amyla will not get my money anymore. Bask and lather has gained a new customer

I made a purchased since 02/16/2026 I never received the products it is now 05/12/2026 everytimes I contacted customer service they keep telling me it is in transit. I have never experienced that they had no problem charging my card but now can’t do absolutely nothing to send the products that I paid for.

SCAMMERS

One star because I can't put 0 star!!
Never received my order because I was obliged to pay 22€ custom fees that I refused since they had guaranteed free delivery.since then I have been claiming my 66€ refund in vain! Please avoid their products especially if you are in europe.They are SCAMMERS.My oder number was #97187. It's been 4 months now !

This is my 3rd time ordering from them and once again everything was perfect. The delivery was incredibly fast and I received my order much sooner than expected. I also had a small question before ordering and the support team replied very quickly and was super helpful. The products are always high quality and exactly as described!!

Terrible..over 30 days no products

Terrible..ordered Apr 4th today May 5th still nothing delivered. Every email i sent a different excuse ..it was on the way...it was not sent error will expedite..not shipped..in process...not in process...in process..we charged you for subscription you canceled...not in process..Ridiculous I contacted my bank for fraud..website says 7 to 10 days Bull...products do moisturize but what good if you never get them this is my 3rd order hoped they would do better this seems to be a pattern I dont recommend this company i won't order again makes me wonder if theyre trying to scam people out of their money

I placed order on April 5, 26. Still nothing!

I placed an order on April 5, 2026. Today is May 4,2026. I haven’t received a tracking number order my order. I requested a refund for the three payments that I’ve made up front. My last payment isn’t due until May 19. I will be contacting my institution… that I purchased through. As long as I have proof that I’ve tried to resolve this issue on my own and they’re not responding. It’s not funny but… this company doesn’t respond to my refund request… but keeps sending advertisements and discounts. If I can’t trust them with my money. why should I trust them with my hair? I will not be ordering from them anymore or anything else that’s advertised through shop. It’s a risk I’m no longer willing to take. This the second time I’ve experienced this when ordering through shop. It will be my last time as well.

0 stars i made an order.March 31 it is now April 29th and I still do not have my order, I have sent many emails regarding this matter and even emails that suggests a refund. I gwt responded with, your order is being fulfilled now and we will update you with a tracking number that never comes. Please do not buy from this company, or you will be the next review of not receiving your purchase.

I'm very DISAPPOINTED in this company

I'm very DISAPPOINTED in this company. I order my products on March 16th and it is now April 27th and I still have NO product. I have reached out to the company several times but their response is be patient the order is beginning processed. This totally UNACCEPTABLE. Buyer Beware…

BUYER BEWARE.....I ordered on March 31st and spent $169. I have YET to receive my order. I first inquired on 4/8/2026. The response was that the Chebe Set that I ordered had been out of stock and would be back in stock in 2 weeks. In addition to the Chebe Set, I also ordered Hair Growth Spray, Curl Mousse, Curl Cream, Hair Thickening Shampoo.....They said that my order would be shipped as soon as the item (The Chebe Set) became available. I requested that they cancel the order. I was told because it had been "processed" they could not cancel the order. It hadn't shipped. So even though, part of my order was not in stock and none of the other items had shipped......they couldn't cancel the order.....make it make sense. Then on April 20th I received an email from "Michelle Meyer" apologizing for the delay as there had been a "surge" in demand. The email noted that the order was being prepared and would ship in the next few days. A 10% off discount code good for 60 days was included. I replied to the email and said that this is unacceptable and utterly ridiculous. I told them it was unprofessional and because my order had not shipped, customers should have the option to cancel. They replied with a canned email that let me know no one even bothered to read my email because the email said that the order had been processed they could not cancel the order.....it was the same email that I originally received from them. There's no way I would EVER order from them again and I will be contacting my bank. It's been almost a month. Unacceptable. And oh by the way......the order STILL hasn't shipped.
