I'm very DISAPPOINTED in this company

I'm very DISAPPOINTED in this company. I order my products on March 16th and it is now April 27th and I still have NO product. I have reached out to the company several times but their response is be patient the order is beginning processed. This totally UNACCEPTABLE. I've received multiple messages for three different people in the company but no one has produced any results. At this point I would just like my refund please. Thank you. Order # 99196

Buyer Beware…

BUYER BEWARE.....I ordered on March 31st and spent $169. I have YET to receive my order. I first inquired on 4/8/2026. The response was that the Chebe Set that I ordered had been out of stock and would be back in stock in 2 weeks. In addition to the Chebe Set, I also ordered Hair Growth Spray, Curl Mousse, Curl Cream, Hair Thickening Shampoo.....They said that my order would be shipped as soon as the item (The Chebe Set) became available. I requested that they cancel the order. I was told because it had been "processed" they could not cancel the order. It hadn't shipped. So even though, part of my order was not in stock and none of the other items had shipped......they couldn't cancel the order.....make it make sense. Then on April 20th I received an email from "Michelle Meyer" apologizing for the delay as there had been a "surge" in demand. The email noted that the order was being prepared and would ship in the next few days. A 10% off discount code good for 60 days was included. I replied to the email and said that this is unacceptable and utterly ridiculous. I told them it was unprofessional and because my order had not shipped, customers should have the option to cancel. They replied with a canned email that let me know no one even bothered to read my email because the email said that the order had been processed they could not cancel the order.....it was the same email that I originally received from them. There's no way I would EVER order from them again and I will be contacting my bank. It's been almost a month. Unacceptable. And oh by the way......the order STILL hasn't shipped.

My Honest Amyla Hair Growth Serum Review

Did I just get scammed???

This company showed no respect or even empathy for their lack of customer service. I have never experienced anything like this - except with a fraudulent company - so I'm left with the feeling that I have been scammed.

I placed an order on March 22, 2026, and have not received a single shipment update or even so much as a tracking number. It has been almost a full month since I placed my order! Who does that?! Scammers exhibit this type of behavior.

I've reached out to customer service, and rather than offer a solution, they told me to just wait. I asked for a refund, they refused, and told me to again, wait. I don't know what twisted world they operate in, but in mine you can't take my money and then offer me no solution, no product, and no information. I will be filing a claim with my bank. They better hope that's all I do.

Update: April 20, 2026

I have emailed this company aggressively, demanding a refund. After about 10 emails, they are still REFUSING my refund! The latest email stated "your order is now being processed, and while we don't have a tracking number, we can not process your refund."

People need to be reporting this company to every Federal Fraud Organization possible. I will be filing a claim with my bank today.

I reported this fraudulent company to the FTC and FBI Internet Crime division. I encourage EVERYONE having a similar experience with these scammers to do the same.

Do you see, everyone? Do you see the fake empathy expressed in their response? I have received various versions of this SAME fake empathic response from their "customer support" department for the past 3 weeks. No real, tangible solution offered. Just fake apologies and more b.s. Lie #1 This is not how they normally operate- even though I have about 10 emails with proof that it is indeed how they operate. Lie #2 - This processing problem they are experiencing has never happened before - even though I've seen numerous reviews from other customers who have experienced this EXACT same situation.

When companies can behave this way unchecked, we have to start collectively checking them and hold them accountable. No lengthy response with empty apologies and fake sympathy for my predicament will ever trump real, actionable solutions. Solutions are what customers want, not EXCUSES! The solution in this case would be to give the customer a refund - but since they are scammers, a refund is never going to happen. Scammers will keep your money - BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY 💯

I placed two orders with you all

I placed two orders with you all! One on 4/7 for $98.54 which was order 98905 and one or 4/10 for $39.41 which was order 98974. The second order for $39 has been delivered however the first order for $98 has not even shipped and on your website it clearly says that it is preparing to ship. I reached out and you keep sending me tracking information for the SECOND order that I placed stating that this is the first order and it has been delivered. Even the link that you keep sending me is clearly for the second order not the first order and I have all of the screenshots and proof. I will report this for fraud in every way possible. This is horrible customer service!

Would not recommend

Guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. I bought a curly hair set, it was expensive but I was persuaded by the money back guarantee. I used it for a few weeks and while the shampoo it ok, the hair products make my hair feel like straw and they don’t hold the curl. I have to either tie it up after day 1 or rewash and style (which I only usually do every 4 days) When I contacted customer services they said I had to use the products for 2 months to see results before they consider a return. This would involve me buying another set of products, which I am not willing to do When I’ve had such terrible results with the first batch. Would not recommend

Horrendous and questionably…

Horrendous and questionably unprofessional customer service. I made one order costing over £80 and a second order straight after as it gave me a discount. I received my second order and not my first order. I have reached out to customer service on a number of back and forth emails now with no support at all. Instead I am being told my order was delivered on every email, However they keep referring to my second order and trying to be smart despite them sending me the link again for my lost order which clearly says ‘undelivered’. I have reached out to the courier service who’s policy is that I go back to the company that i purchased from and they must refund me or replace the items, then they claim back compensation for loss. The customer can not do this. I sent this company photos to show the delivery status of my order and even sent them the link they gave me. When I’m getting returned emails back this company has fraudulently amended my email and sent back that I emailed them saying my parcel was delivered! Why would I even bother if that’s the case! This company has not even offered to send a replacement, let alone refund my money. I’m so annoyed because I thought I was supporting a good company but here I am getting taken for a fool. Highly disappointing!

I had a subscription and they took my money out of my account on /02/17/2024 of $215.94 and I had not received the order and they refuse to resend the order or refund my money, it’s 04/10/2026 to date, I would like to file a civil suit against this company for theft, it’s something that they been doing to a lot of customers, any one with the information for the company, please let me know, don’t buy anything from them! They are scammers! A lot of there reviews are paid reviews! And I will go the extra mile to make sure i get justice for money that was stolen by Amyla cosmetics!

First, your subscription was activated voluntarily at the time of checkout, as clearly indicated during the purchase process. The charge made on 02/17/2024 corresponds to this subscription.

Regarding the delivery, our records — including the DHL tracking link — confirm that the order was properly shipped. If you experienced an issue with the delivery, it is necessary to open a claim directly with DHL, as they are responsible for the shipping process once the package leaves our facility.

However, we also find it unusual that you are only reporting this issue now, more than two years after the shipment date. This significant delay makes it difficult to investigate or take further action on our end.

We take accusations such as these very seriously and strongly reject any claims of fraudulent activity. We remain available to review any valid documentation you may have, but we ask that communication remains factual and respectful.

By far the best there is

The Amyla curl products are by far the best I have ever used to bring back my natural curls. Work just as well for a next day curl refresh though I do dampen my hair first before I use the curl spray, cream then mousse. Deducted one star due to price of products and how much I have to use plus the wait time to receive as I am in the UK. If there is a shipping delay it has a massive impact on the wait time. Whilst the product is worth it, it’s can be a bit frustrating.
