I was in a terrible situation at work, and Mark got me out of there. I had been documenting issues at work, but my confidence had been completely knocked, and I couldn’t take them on myself. Although Mark does get busy sometimes, he moves at speed. And my interaction with Emma was also pleasant and communicative.

Id definitely recommend mark at anderton to anyone especially if you’re having a settlement agreement or employment issues. Our very first phone call, he was empathetic (something many lawyers lack) and genuinely made me feel like I wasn’t going crazy for feeling negative about some things I experienced. He’s very thorough and gives you a ring with updates as and when necessary. Great experience over all. Only thing I’d suggest is make sure that you’re completely clear about all the figures that are owed to the firm and have it broken down via email as there was a bit of misunderstanding when it came to me paying the firm (but in the end, I realised I was actually wrong but could’ve been prevented if I had clear written breakdown). Overall, would definitely recommend the firm to others, they will try to make sure you get as close as they can to what you deserve financially and I really hope I never have to be back again in this kind of employment situation.

Mark recently settled a case for me timely and efficiently. However be patient because if he isn't directly working on your case, it may be quiet.

I contacted him mid January. By the end of February I had a compensation settlement to resign, with a months salary holiday pay and 2 weeks paid leave.

Well worth his fee. My stress levels have reduced, my mental is now healthy and I'm no longer being bullied, with a breach of contract and various other things.
