Great experience all round with Andrew Grants; they have market leading innovative strategies to sell houses even in this difficult market. From our initial meeting and the advice we received (and took) to the team chasing up clients and solicitors alike they were faultless. From marketing to completion was about 8 weeks all in! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

A mixed experience
Andrew Grant organised the sale of our house and garden in Herefordshire when we recently moved to West Sussex. The house was put on the market in early August 2025 and the sale completed in February 2026.
Throughout these six months, the interpersonal contact between us and the staff at Andrew Grant was always very good - they were polite, friendly, and helpful and responded to texts, emails and phone calls very quickly. The catalogue they produced for the house was magnificent.
The principal problem with the company was that at the outset, they suggested a valuation for the house which turned out to be considerably too high. In the end, viewings were quite slow, and the highest offer was 17.5% lower than the bottom of the range predicted by Andrew Grant's initial assessment. This led us to make a higher offer on the house we bought than we would otherwise have done, had we known the real market value of our home. (However, to be fair, if we had offered a lower price, we would probably have lost the new house we are now in, in a competitive situation, so every cloud has a silver lining).
There were long delays in the sale process for reasons which were beyond Andrew Grant's control. They were helpful and supportive as we coped with the frustrations that resulted.

Huge shout out to Jo and Louise, who were fab throughout. They were always on it and usually the first to keep us updated, which made everything feel really smooth and stress-free.
Really enjoyed working with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Excellent Communication From Start to Finish!
We recently completed our purchase through Andrew Grant and overall had a positive experience. As with any property transaction, there were a few issues along the way, but the team remained professional and supportive throughout.
A special mention must go to Tonia, our progressor, who was absolutely brilliant. She worked tirelessly chasing updates, keeping communication flowing between all parties, and making sure we were kept in the loop at all times. Fantastic service
Fantastic service. As first time buyers this was a daunting process but Andrew Grant communicated well, answered questions promptly and gave reassurance when needed. Tonia especially was very down to earth and approachable.
We initially had to pay a reservation fee which we were happy to do as we were committed buyers. The fee was returned the day we exchanged contracts.
If in the future I was looking at selling my home I would definitely consider Andrew Grant.

Check For Restricted Covenants Before Making Offer on the Property and Paying Reservation Fee
We were notified about restrictive Covenants attached to the land after going through Conveyancing Process and ended paying both reservation and conveyancing fee , even though covenants were clearly mentioned in Sellers legal Title.
The matter is now being dealt with by The Property Ombudsman.

Exceptional Property Manager
We have been letting out our property with Andrew Grant since 2021 and have always been very impressed with the service we have had from them. Since we live overseas Andrew Grant manages the property for us on a full management basis.
We have had several property managers during this time, the most recent being Daniel Pycock. Dan came on board just at the time that we decided to do renovations to our property. We have had exceptional service from him, and he has been the best Property Manager that we have ever had by far. He’s helped us with a whole bathroom renovation, new flooring throughout, electrical repairs, redecorating etc. This included arranging on-line meetings with contractors, documenting all our requirements, obtaining quotes, giving us informed and regular feedback in a timeous and diligent manner. We could not have done these renovations without him.
Dan’s people and communication skills are outstanding. He deals with our queries and questions calmly and professionally and it has been wonderful to work with him. Nothing we have asked him to do has been too much effort. He has been so willing to assist us.
Our project is almost completed and the final stages of tidying up and cleaning are underway. Dan has already secured us a new tenant who is due to move in at the end of November 2025.
We have greatly appreciated Dan’s help and efforts and are very thankful to him.

Excellent Management

Fabulous staff who were incredibly helpful and efficient. They rented out our property so effectively, with adverts, tenant reference checks, inventory and contracts all drawn up very quickly. New managing agent
Since recently joining Andrew Grant, Daniel Pycock has taken on the role of Managing Agent for our rental property in Malvern. He has alerted us to the fact that our electrical safety certificate needs renewing and has arranged for this to be actioned. In addition, while carrying out a routine inspection visit, he picked up the fact that our tenant was anxious about the fitting of a new fire door and took the trouble to pass her concerns onto us.
We have found Daniel to be very helpful, proactive and courteous to our tenant and I am sure that he has a fine career ahead of him in the property business.
