Rebekah is a great letting agent. Such a smooth process and found our dream flat. She explained everything so well, from the referencing checks, to the flat itself. One of the best in the game!

Amazing. We first met Andrew in the North Cheam branch when we started registering our interest in buying a house. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo.

Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests. She was very proactive and handled our case expertly, updating us along the way and translating all the jargon used between solicitors for us, making our lives easier.

I can't recommend them enough. If anyone asks me for an estate agent/agency, you'll be my first recommendation.

Andrews did a really good job of finding a tenant for my flat. It took a while to find someone suitable, but they kept showing the flat and ended up finding someone suitable. The whole process went very smoothly.

I went to a rental viewing yesterday with Rebekah at the Downend branch. She was really accommodating, really helpful and very communicative with my girlfriend and I. Super friendly and welcoming which always helps when you are looking for your new home :)

Greg Lines at the Stroud branch was super helpful and understanding regarding our recent search for a rental property. We were a bit complicated as we needed to find a home, a 6th form and a secondary school within a specific area, all in a short space of time. Greg listened to our requirements and made sure we were kept in mind when suitable properties came up. We are grateful for all his help and would wholeheartedly recommend him and Andrews Property Group for their services and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

This review is for the Andrews Lettings side of the business carried out by the Downend office and specifically relates to my dealings with Ms Molly Scott (Lettings Business Manager) & Ms Gurmit Kaur (Property Manager) over a period of two (plus) years.
While all the current staff seem friendly and efficient, I would like to single out both Ms Scott and Ms Kaur for consistently going the extra mile to try and accommodate my various queries and requests over the last couple of years.
Their professionalism, helpfulness, positive attitude and the efforts they went to on my behalf were very much appreciated and made our many interactions pleasant and as productive as they could be.
While I didn't always get my own way, I have to say there were always good reasons & the service and advice they provided was consistently excellent & clearly explained.
I appreciated their honesty and their detailed explanations of why certain things could or couldn't be achieved. as well as their efficiency in getting things done.
Both Ms Scott & Ms Kaur provided excellent customer service & Ms Kaur, as my main contact, was always available to help and promptly address any queries and issues. They were exemplary and I can only thank them profusely for all their patience and help over the years.

The Andrew Property Group have been extremely helpful and friendly during my property search. Ben Holman especially has been very honest about the properties I have viewed, and shared his knowledge regarding "renting in Bath"... 5 stars!! :)
