Our Customer Support team has been in touch with you since March 6th to help guide you through the process and ensure you receive your funds. To clarify, our third-party payment processor is not able to send funds directly to a debit card. For security reasons, they require a traditional checking or savings account for payouts.
Additionally, as per their policy, there's a 72-day window from the time the first donation is received to connect a bank account. Our team contacted you several times and sent you several reminders to connect your bank account and ensure you don't lose your donations. Unfortunately, that deadline passed, and the system automatically refunded the donations to your generous supporters.
We’re genuinely sorry things didn’t turn out as you had hoped. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team. We’re here and happy to help in any way we can. ✨

Glad I found this company. It really stood up to its name Ange Link as the platform helped me connect and easily share my fundraiser with everyone I know. It was a seamless process and I highly recommend this group of angels if you need to raise money.

I have to be honest here
I have to be honest here; this fundraiser has created more stress and ridiculous phone calls from AngeLink. Their website is beyond updated almost like 1998 and they ask for all the different things in the emails when this can be updated easily like a regular bank would. They ask you the same questions thatmost scammers the people on FB do. People who see your fundraisers start trying to inbox you like they’re people who are helping you, but they’re scammers from other countries who are asking you personal information to try and steal from your fundraising account; and this fundraising website asks you the same questions. I gave you all of my legal information and that is more than enough. I can not believe this at this point and it’s been 7 days of this 🤦♂️

SCAM! Save yourself a lot of time
Save yourself a lot of time, energy and emotions by choosing GoFundMe. GoFundMe may charge a fee but they send a pay out directly to your card. I had no success using Angellink because no one has heard of them. I received one donation of 10 dollars. They wanted my personal bank account information. They want you to jump through ridiculous hoops to get the money in a time of personal crisis! I closed the campaign and requested that the donation be sent to me or refunded to the donor. They did neither and reactivated the fundraiser after I had ended it!
They requested that I send the url to fundraiser as proof that I shared it. How did I receive a donation if I hadn't shared it? Am I going to make a fake donation of 10 dollars for no reason? They send you the url in an email. They already have it! My dog needs a tumor removed before it spreads, and I have wasted precious time with all of this back and forth with them. Reactivating the fundraiser on their site tells me that they are taking someones personal tragedy to illicit sympathy in order to scam people out of money that won't reach the person in need! Precious time has been wasted! My dog could die because of their heartless BS! Their agents do not attempt to resolve issues. They send you the same generalized and impersonal response everytime. Probably generated with AI using fake agent names!

Unless you have a bunch of wealthy friends no one else seems to care.
Customer service was good the ammount was better then nothing, but I'm not surprised. The only ones to put money were people who knew me and that's fine.
