I've raised funds on AngeLink twice for my family!
I've raised funds on AngeLink for my Granddaughter's music career and a family member who needed expensive medical equipment. Plus I've recommended it to multiple friends who have raised needed money. It was super easy to use, customer support was helpful and available when needed--and who doesn't love Angels! So nice to have a kinder, gentler alternative!

We received your response on January 30 requesting to delete your account, and our team promptly replied, clarifying that completing the bank account setup was the only step needed to proceed with the release of your funds.
Additionally, on January 30, we made a follow-up call to offer direct assistance with the withdrawal process. During that call, you requested to have the donations refunded instead, and we are here to support you with that request.
We genuinely regret any confusion or frustration this may have caused. Our goal is always to make the process as smooth as possible, and we’re committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. One of the things I noticed right off…
One of the things I noticed right off the bat was that when I had a question I didn't have to wait two or three days to get an answer I got it within a few hours. They are very professional, yet they are very kind and polite to work with. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for a GoFundMe page. This was my first experience and I will never use anybody else. Love and respect to all of you there at Angel link and the Miracles that you're bringing into people's lives.

You have to know lots of people
I think the fact that most donations come from family and friends is a red flag. If I had family and friends willing to help me with money troubles, I wouldn't need crowdfunding!!
All their suggestions amount to hammering friends and acquaintances for money on Facebook, by text, and by email. I'm not comfortable with that, and if I had known that's how it works, I never would have signed up.
Further, there is no way to close your Angelink account. That seems like it should be illegal.

And a n g e is a saint and she helps everybody that she can and also takes care of so many animals he's as very much an animal advocate I've seen her pick up dogs in the middle of the street putting herself in danger even going on horse hunts to help the owners find their pets I even known of her too go away out of her way no matter how far to find these animals that are lost or animals that have been put out or to be euthanized I would say she puts at least 12 hours a day into helping and working with people's animals she has adopted many or taking in animals until they're ready for adoption. I love her very much, probably more than she'll ever know.

Setup a fund to help with medical bills for my husband. Tried for over 60 days to get accounts verified. They finally just returned all the money to the people that had donated even though I was still working with customer service the day before. Then they kept the processing fees for money they never even gave us. Definitely would not use this platform again.

After reviewing your account, we see that our team has reached out multiple times since October 14th to assist you in setting up your banking details to receive your funds. We understand how important this is and regret any inconvenience caused by the process.
However, it’s important to note that our third-party payment processor operates under strict policies aligned with U.S. banking regulations. These regulations require that funds cannot be held for more than 72 days from the date of the first donation to a fundraiser. In your case, the first donation was made on September 9, 2024. Since the necessary banking details were not set up within this timeframe, the third-party payment processor automatically refunded all donations back to your donors.
Please know that AngeLink did not retain any processing fees; every donation was fully refunded to your donors.

I would not use this platform ever again
If you need money for an emergency, which is probably part of the reason you're raising money do not use this platform. It takes weeks upon weeks and email upon email to try and get your money We started fundraising right at the beginning of hurricane Helene and have yet to see the money. they come up with excuse after excuse why they can't get the money to us. I feel horrible for the people we were raising the money for and embarrassed when the man we were raising for actually sent a text asking if we still were giving him the funds that were raised.

AngeLink was there when we needed them
AngeLink was there when we needed them! My daughter was very sick with her pregnancy and was hospitalized. My granddaughter was born VERY premature and was in the NICU for over 120 days. While learning how to navigate her new world, my daughter was struggling to work and make ends meet as a single mom with a very sick baby. The funds provided to us by friends, family and “new” friends we never met through AngeLink was life saving! Thank you AngeLink!!!
