I had some issues with managing my funds in the beginning but I had help every step of the way. I also had the same worker help me throughout so there was no explaining it to different CSRs about my issue. It wasn’t just an automated message of getting back to you. Their customer service actually goes out their way to help and check on you to make sure everything is going as it should. It was very reassuring and I’d recommend them to anyone in need of creating a fundraiser.

My coworker made this angel link account for me while we were trying to find a good crowdfunding site. And she liked angel link the best and now I can see why. The fees a very minimal and it's very straight forward. The company is very personal makes it feel very intimate. When I received my organ, they even reached out to me and that meant so much to me. Because you wouldn't even think they're paying attention but they are. But overall definitely recommend!

I was planning my mom's celebration of life party and I had several friends and family wanting to send me donations. Because some of them did not have Zelle or venmo I did some research to find a way and I found Angel Link. I read all the reviews and really liked it. I set up my fundraiser which was very easy to navigate. Later I received an email from angel link to set up my account Information for withdrawal as well as verifying My identity. Because they wanted my account information. I grew little skeptical so I went on several websites and found some negative reviews which made me worried. So I reached out to angel link. They of course, immediately called me back. Answered all my questions I had and ensured me they were legit. Then when it was time for payout? I did not receive my funds on the day I thought I should as it turns out. I provided angel link. My wire routing number not my ACH routing number once I updated that information. I've received my funds in less than 24 hours even past the payout date. I did not have to wait until the next one. They are truly legit. And wonderful to work with disregard bad reviews. I have found that those are from people that could not verify their identity or their account information. Angel was probably the best thing that I ever did my mom and passed away and I had no idea how we were going to do this in AngeLink was with us every step of the way answered every question and it was very helpful

This platform is not for actual emergencies. It's yuppies fundraising for other yuppies.
They only payout twice a month & if there is a mistake where you miss a payout you have to wait until the next payout date.

Staff was able to help me understand how to use the website, they were compassionate.

I like how they proof read your story. An add a little extra love to it. They make it very eye catching
