I reached out to them, asking about some advice about paints/painting a leather steering wheel. Reply was received very quickly, with a lot of detail and specific information. A follow-up question I asked was replied to equally quickly.
Products were ordered, and shipping was quick.
All in all, a very pleasant company to deal with!!!

The Angelus staff are fantastic! They are so friendly, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful. I've used their paints for some time now and just love them. Excellent quality and very easy to use. Contacted Angelus about issues with USPS shipping and Gennesses from Angelus was able to come to a quick solution with my order and even went out of their way to make sure my order got to me in a timely fashion. Angelus sells high quality products for shoe maintenance, restoration, and customization. I've been a longtime customer of this business for all my sneakerhead needs.

I am a new customer of this much suggested site. I have been wanting to change the colors of some of my leather shoes and bags. I placed my order, the prices are great, and received my order in good time. I ordered the Wrong color, Olive! I messaged Angelus with color swatches of the shades of green i looked for. Gennesses was extremely helpful! And so nice too. Today i got my replacement paint, Avocado. Its perfect. And i added different leather dyes. Much fun ahead!

Customer service was great their response is fast plus they solved my problems

I have been using Angelus products for several years and they never disappoint. Whether it is the paint, water and stain repellant or shoe cleaner, every product from Angelus is a winner. Shipping is always fast and they have great videos that give tips on how to make best use of their products. Angelus will continue to be my go to. Customer Service is always A+ as well.

What can I say? This company not only has overly qualified products, but a super amazing team. Genesses helped me within the last couple of minutes of their operating hours(ON A FRIDAY) I didn’t expect to get a response until Monday, but to my surprise she emailed me back right away to save the day! Everyone how great their paint is, but not enough people know how educated, patient and kind their staff are! Thanks again Angelus family

My order took a little longer to process because they had to make sure it wasn’t fraudulent but customer service fixed that quick! A very nice representative of the company, I love Angelus paints! I ordered a starter kit so I could do my first pair of Custom Air Force 1’s and everyone loved them, now I’m waiting for my Complete Standard Color Kit to come in the mail, so excited to do future business with them as my small business grows!

Majorly disappointing. I bought this paint to make over a pair of boots, followed all the instructions and waited the drying time, and the paint started flaking and cracking off within the first 15 minutes of wearing them! Complete waste of time and money

I am trying to order paint and the website SUCKS!!!! I clicked on 4 ounce and it rings up 1 ounce! It won’t change either. Nothing works! It is a piece of crap site!!

I ordered Angelus leather paint and finisher with the understanding that I could refurbish a leather gear knob and steering wheel. I followed the whole preparation process meticulously, applied the leather paint, followed by the finisher. So the first disappointment was that the finisher didn't match the description, with the result was that it was far too glossy. I contacted Angelus and they advised that I used their matt finisher, which I duly purchased and used. Applying this basically wrecked the finish further, and provided what I can only describe as a terrible finish. I provided feedback to Angelus directly after the initial complaint with the person proposing to send a sample of the matt finish but this never arrived and I'm left with what is now a damaged steering wheel and gear knob after a few months, plus having spent more money. I'm writing this now, several months on, as I am extremely disappointed after spending good money on a product that just did not work, and coupled with that, it is also wearing off and creating an even worse finish. I'm not sure how I will now try to restore the items, but I will have to spend even more time and money to achieve what I want, and what I understood could be achieved with the Angelus product. A warning to others before suffering the same experience as myself. On top of the product, I would say that the customer service was also somewhat disappointing.

I love their paint, but getting your products through mail from them, smh thats another story. I placed and order 3 days ago and its still processing when i contacted them i was told it can take 2-5 days for processing i wish they stated that before i placed my order..This is crazy 2-5 days just to process is ridiculous. I think amazon is a better deal, your purchases will come much faster. Thanks guys for turning away a customer! *UPDATE* after messaging customer service for the second time. i decided to cancel my order and research alternative companies who value their customers. I didnt get rude with the customer service rep in anyway. I was brushed off like my purchase didnt count. I understand your a big company but the little people count. Im surprised at the way this situation was handled. It felt like a shady internet deal 2-5 days for processing after ive been charged is very skeptical. I would think again about purchasing anything from them. It seems beacuse their products are so good and in high demand they have gotten big heads or atleast their customer service reps. Worst online purchase experience so far, i am very surprised and upset smh.

Attention, si vous commandez d’un autre pays que les États-Unis vous receverez quelques semaines après réception du colis des droits de douane a payer, j’ai commandé de la peinture pour 30€ j’ai eu 31€ de livraison et j’ai reçu une facture de 29€ pour droits de douane, ma peinture me coute donc 3 fois le prix.. sinon qualité top niveau peinture

EDIT: Adrianna is so helpful! While I may have had a bad experience at first, she completely turned it around. I received my missing paint tips, plus some bonus stickers. From what I understand, my first experience with customer service is not the norm, at all. The missing item is also not the norm, things happen, we’re all human. Besides that, the paints are amazing and go on so well! I can’t wait to buy more from them in the future.
Before purchasing I did a lot of research on what paint brand would be best to use on shoes, clothes, and other things. I came to one conclusion: Angelus. I ordered everything I needed, to a total of $82.08. The package was delivered very quickly to my house and I had gotten everything I ordered except for one thing. My paint marker replacement tips, which are not expensive, only $2.95. I double and triple checked my package and the surrounding area, just to make sure I hadn't somehow missed it but there was no replacement tips to be found. I ended up e-mailing Angelus, telling them about the situation and they told me to check the package and the area around it, which I did once again. I told them that I still did not find the tips and they said they take a picture of every order they send out. I requested the picture be sent to me, which they did. It showed all the items I ordered, including the tips, laid out on a table. I figured the tips, being so small, could have gotten knocked off the able in the process of boxing up the items but it seemed like the people I was emailing did not have the time of day for dealing with me so I called the company. A lady picked up and she was very kind, she asked me my order number and told me that the replacement tips would be shipped out the next day. This was almost two weeks ago and no sign of it. Perhaps she just told me that to get rid of me for a bit, I am not sure. While I only lost $2.95, I still think it is very bad customer service to seemingly shoo people that need assistance off, as well as, saying that an item will be shipped out to you, but not end up doing it. I should have asked for a tracking number, but I know it will be too much hassle dealing with this company again so I recommend taking your business else where.

Not only did I have to pay $8 for shipping for the product to get to me, but I also had to pay $10 to ship it back when I wanted to return it. They refused to reimburse me on the shipping in any capacity. The product I bought was $28, so do the math.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had and I'm not recommending this brand to anyone any time soon.

Placed an order but declined my information so I had to use a different card. Went through and waited 3-4 for my order just to find out they cancelled it because they said it was fradulent. I’ve never had so many issues trying to order with a company. Completely inflexible, couldn’t even help me get things fixed or out to me. I run a business and this whole experience screwed me over and is putting me behind two weeks. Save yourself the time and headache and take your business else where. It’s a shame because I actually loved their products up til this experience.

Disappointed after spending a long time organising an order only to find out they wanted my credit card statement and photo ID along with a photo of the last few digits on the credit card. ID name must match the one on the credit card. Ive never been asked to email all this before and have purchased from all over the world. In the end my order had to be cancelled and a refund was issued. I will need to find another brand to buy from that just accept my credit card without asking for so much extra stuff that could be fraudulently used against me.
