Proffesional Service
This was a very difficult time for me, as I had to come to the UK and pack up the house in a 2 week period. During this process I had no access to laptop and poor reception at our house. However I can honestly say that the staff Anglo Pacific made a very difficult undertaking a lot easier. Both Arman Amnir and Michael Laverty where incredibly professional and their service was amazing, Thankyou very much.

Fantastic end to end experience
Anglo Pacific was fantastic to deal with from start to finish for our move from London to Australia. Dipak P. coordinated the end to end process smoothly and with great communication. We were also fortunate to have Dipak and Michael available as I misplaced my wife's wedding ring in a box that was packed - thankfully they helped locate it in the warehouse before it was shipped! The good arrived in Australia, and it was seamlessly coordinated with a local moving company who delivered the boxes carefully into our new home. Thank you Dipak and Micheal for helping us move our 14 years of stuff back home!

Moved from UK back to NZ
Moved from UK back to NZ. Items were packed and picked up on 20 Dec 2024 and delivered on 28 April 2025. Dominic provided a great service during the quote process and then Dipak was my move manager.
Pickfords was the company who did the packing and the two gentleman who did it were brilliant. Pickfords are owned by the same people as Anglo Pacific. Super friendly and an excellent job at the packing. Two boxes arrived crushed but no damage to any of the contents.

Anglo Pacific were a pleasure to deal with. I have a furniture shipment going from Wales to south west Florida. Dipak, my agent patiently and with good grace, guided me through the mountain of customs and insurance declarations, which would have been nigh on impossible to deal with, without his expertise.
The two packers who arrived well on time dealt with their task in a speedy and very professional manner.

Responsive with a tight deadline
We had a tight deadline, only in the UK for two weeks to pack and ship items as part of an inheritance.
AP was quick to respond, matched a price of a competitor, especially Dominic. They were flexible and able to book dates for pick up in a very short time frame.
Arman handled the challenges we had due to a lack of access to technology on our end, getting creative with figuring out ways to print and get signatures. He got all the documents completed in a very short turn around and despite all our complications.
The packing team, (they didn't give us their names when they arrived just that they were from Anglo Pacific), were right on time quick and efficient. We trust they have packed it well and there will be no damage or breakages. We'll find out on the other end.

Moving with a house load, car and a storage unit full
We contacted Anglo Pacific just before 5pm one night and Dominic answered the phone. He was fantastic to deal with from the beginning and answered all of our questions (there were many!!!!). Absolutely first class service from the beginning which meant we cancelled all the quotes we’d requested from other companies who were going to take a week to get back us. Will update our review once all completed but can’t see how the service change based on other reviews.

Great move! The movers were in great spirits and came in like a fire brigade, very cleanly and organized. The move managers (Arman Amnir and Domenic Wyatt) made things very straightforward, customs forms included. Highly recommend!

Efficient and communicative
From the moment we’ve reached out for a quote; to the day of the move, everything went extremely smoothly. Everybody was always super responsive and helpful and took such a huge amount of stress away from the move itself. So grateful we’ve reached out and that Arman was the one taking care of us along the way - so professional! The crew that came in day off of the move, was a half hour early and packed up our entire place in literally half a day. Eric and Sobi were both extremely professional and must say that Eric handled the furniture with such good care and efficiency it was impressive.

Dipak was super helpful booking a shipment at short notice, with a collection time that suited me. He has been seriously responsive to every query as the shipment moved on its journey making it easy.
