I’ve have submitted 4 claims this year for my frenchie and this past Sunday 9/15/24. The process was very easy to submit the invoices. Each time the claim was processed within few days. The two claims that I submitted on Sunday, Animalia has already processed my claims. The amount that I received back was exactly what I was expecting each time per my policy. Choosing a pet insurance company was a difficult decision. I ended up choosing Animalia and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Animalia has not only processed all of my claims extremely quickly, but they have approved all of them. They give three options for reimbursement and explain the process thoroughly. They even followed to make sure that everything went smoothly. Additionally, they have a shorter waiting period than all of the other companies I looked at, and if your animal has not been treated for a pre-existing condition for a certain time, they no longer consider it a pre-existing condition. If you’re looking for a pet insurance company, look no further.

Easy claims process, fast approval for payment as well for when my dog needed surgery. I recommend to have pet emergencies. The coverages/benefits are easy to read and understand.c

They only cover non prior existing conditions. Because my pet developed the symptoms of the problem slightly before I could get an appointment with the vet, Animalia claimed my pet had an existing condition and would not cover the charge. It was NON emergent so I couldn't get the appointment for a few weeks. What a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP!!

It’s was so fast and easy to put the claim in and the fast respond from them was awesome would recommend to anyone who is looking for fur baby insurance.

I submitted a claim this morning for some vet expenses from over the weekend, and within about 4 hours, I had information about the claim approval and next steps. It was really simple, and they also called to see if I had any questions about the prices or what to expect. Based on this experience, I would suggest Animalia for pet insurance if someone asked me for a recommendation.

Filing a claim was quick and easy. I heard back from them within a few days. My claim information was provided via email and was easy to understand. My only complaint is that the person who called me after my claim was returned was more interested in getting my review than answering questions. I understand they were not an adjuster so I don't hold it against them, but it would have been nice to speak with someone who could have provided more thoughtful insight.

Every time I have a claim they're very quick about processing it and explaining the reasons for the process. If I have questions they check into my questions and answer them very quickly. My dog has been in a lot of pain since she was born and they're very kind about the process we're having to go through.

The communication and detailed instruction to submit and process my claim was very helpful. My claim was processed quickly and I received my payment immediately via my preferred method. Process was much easier than I expected.
