This shop sold us pet food which was running out of date (5kg cat biscuits), 1 week before run out date. The original expiration date on the packet was also covered up with a sticker. A real pity.

Absolutely Purr-fect!
I recently ordered some items for my cats from this lovely pet shop and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of the products is outstanding – everything was exactly as described and arrived beautifully packaged with care. My cats are absolutely obsessed with their new toys and treats, and I was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful touches and speedy delivery. It’s clear this shop truly cares about pets and their customers. I’ll definitely be ordering again – highly recommended!

Good prices
Good prices! Some stuff arrived with dirt on the packaging, but I could remove that and bin it, so that's not so bad.
The soft chew toy was sent separately and seemed perfect!

Dear Julie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you experienced with your order. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we've taken your concerns seriously.
In our communications during the delivery of your item, we promptly reviewed and updated our dispatch policy and wording to ensure clarity on our website to negate any future misunderstandings. Our goal is to provide transparent and accurate information to our valued customers, and we regret any confusion that may have arisen.
In addition to revising our policies, we processed a partial refund to you for the postage cost as a gesture of goodwill, even though we had already shipped your item as a special delivery, aiming to address your specific concerns about the delivery timeline. We are committed to continuous improvement and learning from our customers' experiences.
Your one-star rating is genuinely disappointing for us, as we had taken significant steps to rectify the situation, enhance our processes during our initial conversations with you and issue you with a partial refund. We hope you can appreciate all of our efforts in addressing and resolving your issue.
We value feedback and are dedicated to providing a positive experience for our customers. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address and learn from your concerns.
Best regards, Sharon
