great product does just what I needed

The powerbank seems to charge fully but only last until the next day and this is even after not using it. The battery is not so good as it drains really fast. I will charge it througout the night to get it fully charged but the following morning it is on three blocks.

Good product, fast, no hassle ordering and delivery.

I bought the Anker Prime 160W as a quick and efficient way to charge my Anker Solix C200 DC power bank. Using suitable EPR cable it does the job perfectly. Well made, well featured and reasonably priced. Delivery was quick too.

It look fabulous website and cool designer. Also super quality.

Quick delivery, and the product, a USB cable, works very well, providing a very stable android auto connection.

Door bell camera batteries are extremely difficult to take out to charge. Below is my letter of complaint. Anker didn't want to know.

Dear Eufy Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a Eufy doorbell camera that I recently purchased.
It is almost impossible to insert the detaching pin into the hole used to release the battery. The hole is extremely difficult to see and locate, which resulted in me snapping the detaching pin while attempting to remove the battery. This is clearly a design flaw and not user error.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the broken detaching pin for me.
I also fail to understand why the release hole has not been positioned on the side of the unit, which would make battery removal far simpler and more user-friendly. As it stands, the current design makes a routine task unnecessarily awkward and frustrating.
I have previously been a big fan of Anker and Eufy products, but this experience has genuinely put me off purchasing further products unless the issue is acknowledged and resolved.

I bought this charge cable just over 2 weeks ago and it's stopped charging already. I have tried to get it replaced but their site does not recognise my order number. I have emailed them but they just point me to the same website.It's been made very hard to get a replacement or a refund. I will probably just have to buy another cable elsewhere.
UPDATE: Anker have sent me a replacement cable free of charge and it's working fine. It took a few days to arrange.

No time waste, it’s good communication and very efficient service

When money is not unlimited, it is important to have a cheaper option which is also a good option. Anker provided that.

Good little power bank, unfortunately it a fullpower bank charge only takes my phone to 75%.

Unfortunately had a duplicate order because of a card problem . contacted customer support and after several e-mails was able to resolve the issue and receive a refund.
