Great product and a real shame the Professional range is being withdrawn. Confusing website with poor navigation e.g. search Professional and you get part of the range, but by clicking on specific products other options open.

Love analon products . They are lightweight yet sturdy and long lasting .

This is my third purchase directly from Anolon. It was to replace my very old Anolon pan bought 19XX and added to my small collection.

This was for my mum - bought to replace the same frying pans she bought many, many, many years ago - perhaps we should have claimed on the ‘life time’ guarantee for the two that no longer function as they should….they only lasted 60 years, so come on guys, get your act in order! 😂

Delivered promptly. Previous Anolon Professional cookware has lasted 24 years+ of daily usage - so I am buying Anolon Professional again. Easy decision. Top quality

An issue with one of the ordered saucepans was resolved immediately and very conveniently. Excellent product and service.

We have been trying to return an item for refund but despite sending two emails we have had no reply - we have been told that we cannot return the unwanted item without some kind of reference number? Still no reply. You were quick to take our money and should at least have the decency to reply to emails in this regard. Not happy at all - despite returning one item we are keeping the other pan we bought online and have THREE other Anolon pans we bought in a local shop. Customer service shoddy tho. We would not recommend you to any other potential customers. Shoddy.

Circa 2005, I bought an Anolon Professional 5 piece set. It has been excellent; it is 2022 now and I am still happily using the set. The one exception is my 1.9 L saucepan for which the bottom coating finally gave up -- perhaps we did something unjudiciuous with it -- not sure (and receipt is long gone, so I didn't pursue the warantee). Unfortunately, Anolon does not seem to sell individual replacement parts of these sets. So I chose the 1.9L Advanced Umber saucepan pan to replace my old pan. It is handsome and it seems to have a slightly heavier bottom. The special coating on the handle is pleasant to hold. However, the lid does not seems to be tempered/treated the same as my Professional set. With my old Professional set, one can always see through the glass lid. With this new lid, steam builds up quickly and remains, so we can't see through to see the state of what is being cooked. The lid also doesn't fit quite as firmly/convincingly as my old Professional ones. To solve the problem, I am now using my old lid with the new pan.

I will also note we were a bit frustrated that we could not find any information about where the pan was manufactured, either on the website -- or even on the box we ultimately received. We generally don't purchase if we cannot see where something was manufactured. We only did in this case because of our previous positive experience with Anolon pans.

Great pans. Fast delivery. Bit expensive, but worth it.

Free returns would be good, after all it is very hard to find a retailer for these goods now so all is mail order.
Product is very nice however was too big hence the return. The handle design is impractical.
Our last annolon product lasted 20 years. Sadly the coating is now damaged. So a new pan is needed.

my order was lost, I had to chase it and now your suggested comp for me is a voucher to use in the future.

This is the first time I have bought an Anolon pan and I was delighted with my skillet. It's easy to clean, strong and sturdy, but not too heavy for an oldie like me to wield! I'm sure I'll be back for more :)

Item (large roasting tray) was shipped quickly and the item itself is really solid and the non stick surface works really well. No more soaking trays after a large roast!

Lovely pan set, just heavy enough, handles don’t get burning hot, stack nicely inside each other. Good care instructions and delivery communication was good. Recommend.

Look and feel nice. Cooked fried eggs - they stick. Cooked scrambled eggs and they stick too. Hoped for more.

Great service. Set of frying pans are fantastic definitely worth the money x
