Lovely cookware, which arrived incredibly quickly, and was at a sale price as an extra bonus. Very impressed.

Excellent delivery - quality product. Would recommend and definitely buy again.

Since October 2020 my wife has been trying to get a sauté pan replaced under their lifetime guarantee.
After several months repeating the problem and sending two sets of photos Anolon agreed the product was faulty and said they would replace it. This was on 26 April 2021. Of course she was not too optimistic at this point and rightly so as she was told on 5 June 2021 that the product was now out of stock. She was offered a Circulon sauté pan instead and as a last resort agreed to accept it.
Surprise,surprise, a package arrived on 17 June which contained two frying pans which she had not asked for.
She has no use for them and is still waiting to receive the sauté pan (which is shown as in stock on their website).
As the company closed the case before she received the correct pan the whole matter has been most distressing and time consuming.
Still an unsatisfactory outcome and barely worth one star.

The product is excellent and well worth the money. However I purchased it as a gift and a great big sticky address label had been stuck directly onto the product box! It was impossible to remove the label spoiling the overall look.

I have had three saucepans in the past bought as a wedding present-and they have lasted twenty years. They are extremely good and I therefore bought them again and included the milk pan and frying pan purchasing the bundle of five. I was particularly wanting them as they have a non toxic surface.

Great product which I am proud to own and use. Excellent communications when ordering and swift dispatch and safe delivery. Highly recommended.

Anolon certainly know the real meaning of customer service. Other companies out there should follow their example. A real credit to their industry.

Initial review-I unfortunately had an issue with the order I placed with atleast 1 item having a manufacturing defect, and product feature ( smart stacking) not working fir some items as advertised.
I sent a message with clear photos immediately to them.
8 days down the line, still there is no response.

I have no idea what is going on..

I got a reply around 16 days after my email. From then onwards though, the service was good. Faulty item was replaced with a similar item, since they did not have the origina litem in stock.

Lid doesnt fit the pot, it rattles about so much. Tried to email via customer services and havent heard back for days

We have Been using Anolon for many years and they are absolutely fantastic, they are some of the most durable cookware we have found and in all honesty we’ve never had the need to buy from someone else, they even outlasted our pans we purchased from lecreuset and circulon which were 3 times the price , we have also had experience of the customer service at Anolon from dealing with them with an inquiry and they were also very very good indeed, we quite literally have not a bad word to say about Anolon ! Superb!!!!!!

great products - they match my other Analon pans. Do you sell lids for the 2 frying pans?

I ordered identical pans to my old ones, which were starting to wear out. The new ones were about the same price as I paid ten years ago, and a 10% voucher made them even better value. What is more, they arrived the day after ordering, even though I was not in a hurry and opted for free delivery. And the packaging was excellent, done so that none of the pans could get scratched or damaged and with only a little plastic. I have already recommended Anolon to a couple of friends.

Delivery was within 2days. Excellent service. Really pleased with my pan. I have been looking for an oven pan for quite sometime but found the cast iron ones too heavy, so thank you Anolon for producing a light weight item that does both oven and hob in one pan. I will be looking to possibly purchase other items.

Prompt delivery, boxed and packaged well. We already have the saucepans which we like very much so I am sure we will like these just as much.

Great product. Wish they did a bigger one. Arrived as described and in good time. Have bought Anolon pans before & they are still going strong over 11 years later. Non-stick is excellent.

We purchased a set of Anolon pans about 14 years ago, they have been brilliant. We decided to order another set and I am slightly concerned that they don’t feel as ‘heavy’ I hope they last as well as the first set

So far the oven tray has been perfect. Fingers crossed!

The pans where beautifully finished but compared with our older pans the gage of metal was thinner and less robust. The larger pan is also not quite round, it is very slightly out of pure circular. The non stick surface is working well so far.
