This is a SCAM WEBSITE. I bought a phone, I paid with Paypal and what is my surprise when I realized that I have been charged more money than I expected to the debit card I had registered on Paypal. My invoice it's showing an amount in Great British Pounds and a higher one in USA Dollars, so I try to claim the extra charge back to the costumer service thinking that it is a mistake with the currency exchange; I got no answer. I start getting annoyed so I try to cancel the item next day; there was no answer again. I open a dispute on Paypal, the shipper answered the same day they delivered the parcel saying that it was too late to cancel it already (what a coincidence). Paypal didn't see anything wrong with the transaction, even though they had the invoice showing that something wrong was going on, so they simply refused my claim. Days after Antelife customer service reply to my email, but too late. I send them an angry email and this is their reply: "Ok, you refuse the parcel and we'll give you a refund", so I did it. The parcel arrives to UK and DHL claims to me an extra £15 for duty and VAT that weren't mention at all on the seller's website (funny after the extra charges I paid, apparently for posting they said to Paypal). The parcel has been one month on hold at DHL after I refused it waiting for the shipper's authorization to send it back to China, but they never replied. Now DHL has decided to destroy the item and I have no rights to claim anything as I refused the parcel, so basically I LOST MY MONEY and Antelife can happily keep ripping off people as none will do anything about it. Paypal or DHL won't get involved because it's not their business. Believe me when I say that it is better to buy on Amazon, the same phone is much cheaper, with no extra hidden costs and if anything goes wrong it is covered by Amazon. Antelife hide extra costs trying to make their products look cheaper, but the truth is that if you've got an issue with it, forget about getting it sorted or your money back either, they are simply SCAMERS!

I bought a media player, however I am still waiting for it for last 4 months. The company has refused to refund the money. They are happy to steal your money. Do not deal with them!

I had ordered a phone(UMI Zero) from Antelife, about 10 days ago. there were other sites selling the same phone at a similar price, but they had processing time of 15 days, ( which from previous experience with the site is worst case, they usually ship in 7-10 days). so ordered it from Antelife, as their processing time said 1-4 days. Then paid for DHL express delivery so was considering the phone to be in the UK in about 10-15 days.
10 days down the line they have still not shipped the phone. Keep mailing them, they take 2 days to reply, and ask to wait for few days(how much is few days). They said they are restocking the phone as it was in high demand. If they do not have it in stock, why are they selling it again from the website.
Not happy at all with the service.

My experience with this guys,in special from Spain was very good during a Purchase,the delivery was very quick!...

But when something go wrong...in my case a Newman K1S with +/-30 days of use,the microphone stop work. Sent to repair in 17/11/2014 after a lots off emails,photos,and confirmations, Mss.Ivanka inform me the:- "I am sorry that your phone Newman K1S cannot be repaired now, the manufacturer refuse to repair the phone now.
Our company decides to send you a new K1S from our Spain warehouse, charge you only $20, do you accept it?
Could you please directly send the payment to us through Paypal.Our Paypal account"...

...so i send MORE 20$ by PayPal on day 15/12/2014 (at moment my money lost with this purchase is:
$169.98 for the phone, +10€ for send to repair,and $20,for pay the shipping a new one from Spain) +/- total $200 and i have NOT any PHONE YET!!!

I am GO continue waiting for the PHONE,for the Tracking number,many emails,but nothing ARRIVE till TODAY,Seems a FAKE and Scammer support!...BE Warning!...

Before this was resolved,and i am go continue try,NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!

Commande passée le 8 octobre 2014.
Le 15 octobre, je les contacts pour savoir ou en est ma commande, car rien ne bouge sur mon compte, pas de réponse.
Le 17, nouveau mail de ma part, pas de réponse...
Contact sur leur Webchat, pas d'interlocuteur.
Le 20 octobre je dépose un litige PayPal et comme par hasard, je reçois un mail de leur part une heure après, en me disant qu'ils n'avaient pas vu mes mails et que j'aurais commandé sans me loguer, d'ou l'absence d'information sur mon compte. Le colis serait parti, mais depuis, je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
Après 1 mois d'attente, je passe le litige PayPal en réclamation.

Cela fait plus de 10 que je commande en Chine et je n'ai jamais rencontré un seul problème.
Fuyez cette boutique.

I bought a phone from them and it came faulty, I notified there customer service team and after about 4 messages were I had to confirm my order details and I was basically sending the same information over and over again, they decided that I can send the phone to be repaired, not replaced as it was normal considering that the product was faulty from the beginning and I had to pay for the international shipping. ..
Now I opened a case with PayPal and I'm waiting for my money back.

As title says ordered an iNew V8, factory had no stock (other sites couldnt get it either) so they changed it for a Xiaomi Redmi Note Enhanced upon request. Shipped via DHL in decent time with tracking.
Customer Service is a bit slow via email, Live Chat was a bit better.

Overall pleased so far with my first order with them.

(PS I have ordered from Aliexpress etc before as well so can give a good comparison)

J'ai réalisé de multiples achats (smartphones, tablettes et divers accessoires). Le service client répond dans les 24 heures (malgré le décalage horaire). Les produits expédiés correspondent à la description (pas de contrefaçon).
J'ai testé également le sav lors de mon dernier achat : une tablette tactile (écran défectueux). Le délai transport compris a été d'un mois.

Bon à savoir avant achat:
En chine, très souvent lors de sav meme sur de l'achat neuf, les produits sont réparés et doivent donc repartir chez le fabricant.
De plus, les frais de retours sont à votre charge, mais ceci est indiqué dans les conditions de vente de la boutique.

En bref, une boutique que je recommande avec un service après vente efficace !

This is the worst e shop i ever bougth.
Without the support of the occurrence of problems. 4 months I've been getting screwed TO repair my phone. Respond to email within 2 weeks! Do not ever buy in antelife or anywhere in China. To keep this cheap crap goods which is only useful for 1 month. Then it is just to dump.

J'ai acheté 7 téléphones sur ce site. Le dernier en date, un Doogee collo DG 100 bloquait tout le temps et la sortie casque ne fonctionnait pas. Je l'ai donc renvoyé avec colis suivi il y a 2 mois. Depuis, malgré des relances régulières, on me dit que le téléphone n'a pas été reçu. Et puis rien. Pas de geste commercial. J'ai beau revoyer des relances, on me répond à côté.
Je suis dégouté. Malgré quelques légers bugs sur des téléphones no name, les produits proposés sont plutôt corrects. Excepté ce dernier achat.
Je déconseille donc.

The first time I encountered this site, I was quite overwhelmed with their store layout. So many products and its all over the places. Almost feels like browsing on Taobao (Chinese biggest e-commerce site). They sell the China newest mobile devices with reasonable prices, didn't need to worry about fraud because they offer PayPal payment and it's pretty cool that they deliver stuff overseas quite fast!! I had issues with their customer service though, quite slow for an impatience person like me.

However, one the best thing this site has to offer is their in-depth review on their Youtube channel, which is really helpful for anyone who lives overseas and who wants to buy Chinese mobile devices. They really do good reviews, covering both hardware and firmware, making sure their customer know what they're paying for.

PS: I would give this site 5 stars when they managed to change their messy website layout ;)

I bought few phones from the antelife, the item is good quality and with competitive price, but there is some delay in shipping due to some item is very hot and be informed to wait more days to prepare goods.

What I want to say is antelife is a good site. At first, I afraid it is a sam but I am happy that I was wrong. They sent me the Xiaomi Redrice qucikly, and the customer service is amazing, they always help me with my question.
