My daughter recently started using Obagi, and we were so pleased to find that they carry a wide and well-curated selection of Obagi products as well, along with other high-quality medical skincare lines.

The owner, Nadine, and the staff—Jeremiah and Georgia—are consistently caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They always take the time to answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations without any pressure.

I have been a regular customer of this store for several years and have purchased cosmetics from them frequently, which is why I feel it’s important to share my recent experience.

Unfortunately, my latest orders did not go smoothly. Some products were shipped incorrectly at first, and the correct items had to be sent later in separate packages.

Additionally, the Black Friday gifts did not fully correspond to what was advertised. Some orders included different products than the stated gifts, and one of the gifted items was expired.

I spent quite a bit of time trying to clarify and resolve these issues directly, but we were not able to reach a clear or satisfactory resolution.

I am sharing this experience simply to inform other customers. I would recommend carefully checking received items, including product expiration dates.

The service has been excellent and I would give 5 stars but deducted a star because the method of delivery offered is slow … competitors products arrive more quickly.

I’ve been ordering my skincare and they have great prices and quick shipping. Unfortunately, I live in a different province so I have not been to their clinic.

I emailed to ask about shipped product that I bought in December, I bought 2 boxes but did not realized they'll send the same expiration in July 2026, one box lasts me 7-8 months. As of today still they did not respond to my emails, what a waste.

One of the products leaked during transit and when I reached out to customer service multiple times and I still have not received a reply. Will not buy from this site ever again.

I received my product, which was great but the rozitrol serum bottle is less than half empty. It came without a seal and not in a box. I haven't tried it because I dont know what to do. I have sent an email about it with no response.

I have ordered from other websites before that took my money and didn’t send product or I waited 3 weeks to receive product also I didn’t know if their products were real. Anti aging medical shop had fast free shipping the products were real and they have all the brands I use for my skincare routine. I also love their rewards program. I have found my new skincare shop!
