The product is amazing just ordered too much cleansing and not enough facial creams and serums. It took awhile to get me. Also the growth factor cream jar was defective does not open properly gets stuck constantly. I have figure it out to open it and use it. Other than that I am very satisfied with the skincare. Thank you.

I had ordered the Alpharet night cream…
I had ordered the Alpharet night cream online. I received the package very quickly. However, I noticed that there was a product error the color of the lotion was completely white. I know from experience in past. That the color is a light brownish, almost like a cover up color also, it didn't have the same feeling on my face, it wasn't earning a little bit. It didn't feel right for some reason. I had contacted them to let them know about my concern. And the default of the product they quickly spoke to me in regards to the problem. And had set me another package. They were very understanding, and I appreciate it. This specific lotion that I received is definitely the right pigmented color.

Terrible customer service
Products were delayed because they were out of stock, which they did not tell me about until several days after the purchase was made. They then promised to throw in some additional samples as an apology, but the samples received were underwhelming. Also, when I purchased my $500+ worth of items I was mostly interested in the gift with purchase that they were advertising which was valued at $140 and also was a product I was keen to try. Upon receipt of my package, I discovered they had replaced my promised gift with something completely different and worth much less than the original gift. I sent them an email to express my displeasure, and they simply said the fine print allowed them to substitute the gift and then I never heard from them again. I will not be buying from them again. Disappointing customer service.
