Case does not roll very well and the outer shell was damaged after one flight with no resolve from customer care. They turfed the issue to the airline and me . It was somewhat shocking given these cases are guaranteed for life . Mine sustained a hole after one leg of a business class flight .

Customer service is great
Customer service is great, hard shell luggage has held up on 4 trips and while it does scratch, the shell seems to handle internal weight well.
I’ve been using pelican cases to transport trade show gear around the U.S. I’ve had to use cargo or ground to move the gear. I needed a large luggage case, the Antler hard shell holds the gear with the foam to protect the display.

Old School Great customer service
Great customer service! Had a shipping issue and reached out to customer service before they opened for the day. They responded early same morning and we had to exchange some info, problem solved by afternoon. This is unheard these days. Makes me feel good about my choice. We leave for Japan this week so I will be able to try luggage for the first time.

Just returned from overseas
Just returned from overseas. The bag was exceptional and yes, very light weight. I had no problems using it as a carryon on an international carrier. Very happy.
Delivery was fast and all questions were answered promptly.

Quality of material.
I have used this suitcase once. The outside has not held up .
There are scratches and nicks and one has torn through the suitcase on the outside. This happened the first time I used it . I hope it lasts for a few more trips. Warranty doesn’t seem to cover anything like this.
I do love the color and customer service was good.
