I absolutely love the fidget cube that I bought!!! It sits on the end table next to my couch, and I use/play with it all the time. I love that each side is different because depending on that times turmoil I find myself favoring a different side. Totally worth it! Ordering was easy as was the delivery.

I spent a bit more than I liked on shipping for a fidget cube (my problem not Antsy's!) to try to support them more than buying from a reseller. I got it very shortly after ordering, but immediately noticed that the rocker(?) switch(?) idk what it's called was not quite right with how loose it was.

I looked at their support page which says to email them with a video showing a defect. Did that on April 12, still never heard back (today is May 3). I've had better support experiences from dropshippers on Amazon.

Rather than eat the $20 I spent, I did find how to open up the fidget cube and I carefully fixed the spring inside that gives the switch its resistance. I feel like telling me to get effed would have been better than hearing nothing at all so I would have done that sooner.

Quick shipping! I always wanted a fidget cube for my stress and anxiety and It arrived with no issues!

The ZUZU cube is just ok. The spin wheel is difficult to turn due to the raised logo being lopsided, and the turn area is stiff. Additionally, the joystick gets caught in the middle.

Shipping was fast (had Amazon fulfillment).

I ordered two and was very excited to receive them. My only caution is that the joystick face was completely quiet on one cube and slightly clicky on the other. The Prism cases (either the older or newer limited edition ones) add to both experiences so I can add them to my work keys. These are honestly a delight to have and will be getting more for friends, you cannot lose with a fidget cube!

We received one defective item and sent a video in for review (almost right after receiving the item). The other 3 items were in perfect condition. The first response was quick from Antsy Labs. But afterwards, no response and we have sent two other follow up. We are not satisfied with the lack of response and receiving a defective item.

Quick delivery and smooth application. Color didn’t quite match what I was expecting but close.

Haven’t received it yet, despite paying a fair amount for shipping.

Shipping took longer that I would have liked it to take, especially since its paid shipping & I ordered more than 1 fidget cube. The packaging is nice, one was tough to get the base off but it is durable and fun.

Wow, what happened to the quality of the cubes? Both of the cubes I got had broken switches, they just feel awfully cheap in comparison to when they were first released. This is so sad

The batteries on all 4 fidget spinners are dead except for 1 out of 3 for each of the black ones. Pretty disappointing. I tried to email you but never received a response. I would like a full refund since the batteries are not replaceable. Seems as though your product doesn't last long at all.
