fraudulent shipping charges
The shipping fee was displayed after purchase. The shipping fee was set several times higher than the product price, and although I requested cancellation within 10 minutes of purchase, it was not accepted because it was stated that the item had already been shipped. I filed a dispute through PayPal, and they accepted the cancellation, but their handling was dishonest.

Get the Prism!!
I am so thrilled with my experience with this- I got a fidget cube and one of the holder Prism keychains so I can put it on my carabiner. I got the Prismso I can keep track of it better, but it honestly has been making the fidget cube experience soo awesome because of the way I can hold the cord. Having a fidget cube has been helping me at concerts and while I'm starting my student teaching!

Not a great quality fidget cube
I didn't like the quality of the fidget cube I ordered. The metal ball you spin was hard to move and squeaked when it did. The other components of it also didn't move like they have on past fidget cubes I've gotten. They didn't feel satisfying like they usually are.

We were very disappointed
We were very disappointed. Not only did the item break the very first day due to poor quality, we were asked to pay for shipping to return the item, only to be offered a refund not including the shipping here and back. We will sadly not be purchasing anything from Antsy Labs here or on Amazon.

cute case the cubes came in, the metal ball clicks in as well which i was hoping for in particular. my friend said they wished the switch had more resistance, but its good for my purposes. good cubes!
