Ordered over a week ago and still hasn’t shipped yet they keep asking me to leave a review so here’s your review :)

Easy peasy website, easy order etc.
Plenty of email contact from when order placed through your oder was delivered.

Great service

It's been two weeks and there has been no update on the order.

Free gift. New keychains for my fidget. Coffee! ❤️ I can finally hold on to my fidget and I can rotate it how want in the keychain so my thumb is on my favorite side.

#1 There's no system in place to reach out to customers, either automatically or manually, when your order can't be fulfilled due to something you ordered going out of stock. You have to reach out to support yourself to learn this, no matter how many days late they are in fulfilling the order within the 3-5 business day window that you're charged money for. #2 When you select a shipping method, you're told how many business days it'll take to arrive and how much extra money you'll be charged for choosing that option. If it's not fulfilled within that time, support will tell you that they refuse to refund the shipping cost. They charge you money to not uphold their end of the deal, then essentially tell you 'too bad' when you call them out on this. #3 The shipping cost is unusually high to begin with given the extremely small size and weight of the object(s) you can order.

Not well made. Rough (bearing) spin. Had to play with it. Still not nearly as good as it should be. I have a blue one to compare it to. Disappointing.

Easy to use site, and I know it’s a good product. I have been waiting a week for it to get here, however, and after paying $28 for shipping and it still being in California when I am located internationally after a week… has left me pretty bummed. Orders I placed with other US companies AFTER this one are arriving at my home within 3 days and the shipping was half the price.

I bought my fidgetcube here, because none where available in german shops. Shipping was faster than i expected and the cube itself is great.
My ADHD brain loves it, but not the people at the university library. 😂

I appreciate the quick shipping and delivery! One of the cubes has a loose switch, so it doesnt make much of a click. Other than that, theyre the best! I'm happy to add more to my fidget collection on my desk

The website is easy to use and the purchasing process is fairly smooth.

ordered on the 2nd, it's now the 17th. No shipping updates since the 4th. I have no idea where it is or when it's coming.
