Had a good experience with this company

Great delivery times and the item is a reasonable price for what it is. Can’t fault the transaction

Only one complaint the order was dispatched with two separate deliveries one box on one day and then the other two boxes the following day
To be fair, not any day directs fault as they use a courier, but I just thought it was a strange waste of time to do two deliveries

Steven was great and very helpful when needed but I wish I could say the same for the warehouse that built the shed. A lot of sawing was needed so the panels could stand flush with each other and assembly instructions could be a bit more specific as we’re not all professional builders. Had to improvise in some of them. The shed looks nice but in my opinion the main structure needs to be a bit more solid than the one provided. Hopefully it will last a few years.

Though I didn’t receive a order confirmation email which I was expecting to get.

Never heard of anydaydirect until I went looking for a Komodo Bono BBQ.
They offered it at a very competitive price and then as a new customer gave a further 10% off! Thought to good to be true, as the tracker, shop, did not appear to move for a couple of weeks, trouble I thought, having had a couple of bad experiences with E-Bay, but then things burst into life on a new tracker called palletways and from then on everything went very smoothly including updates. Only two minor criticisms, is it said track on the shop app which never moved, but if you tap on the order number it took you Palletways which gave full details. The day of delivery was shown as the 18th but in fact arrived on the 17th when I not in, however Kent Couriers, unlike other delivery companies, took the package away and delivered the next day in perfect condition.
All in all a very good experience and will put anydaydirect on the list of trusted companies.

At the transaction stage of me purchasing a marquee on the 8th of November , it said delivery would be 3-5 working days , it is now 10 days and still waiting , so not happy as the marquee was for my daughters birthday party and had to make alternative arrangements with further costs . The customer service department at Anydays Direct moved swiftly and efficiently to rectify the issues and I am now the happy that the item was delivered , logistically mistakes will be made , it's how the company reacts to those issues that makes the difference ...Anydays Direct reacted so its all good Kind Regards Ronnie Bartholomew

Delivered quickly. Packaged well. Good price. Metal shed 7x5. Seemed a bit flimsy at the start but once all parts connected is quite sturdy.

Bought a lovely recliner chair great service and communication will be making other purchases in the future

Really fast delivery but unfortunately was left by courier in full view of everyone, so by the time I got home it was gone. Simon was extremely helpful and it was all sorted out within days

You get to speak to a real person if you call customer service for help AND they actually call you back if they need to I was very pleased

Delivered on time and easy to follow instructions

I am giving this as I ordered a shed but it wasn't delivered when I expected it to be delivered...so I contacted customer service and with further investigation the parcel apparently had been mislaid at the delivery depot the man from anyday direct who I dealt with then went above and beyond to get this sorted for me and the shed was delivered the very next day which however was still in the stated time Frame which I fear would not have been the case if he had not been so quick to respond

Delivery was a lot later than said I had to contact customer services then I got a answer my order was delayed

After waiting over the advised delivery time, (13 weeks later ) the shed was delivered before my given date. No communication was received from the factory and luckily I was at home. On checking the pieces it is clear that it was assembled in a hurry as the nails that hold on the slats had missed the side nearer and were sticking out the side. After waiting so long for it, I have fixed it myself but would not purchase another store more shed from anyone. As for Anyday direct, I had to email for updates to be told that there was a shortage of materials at first, then that the delivery time is not guaranteed and I should have seen this in the T&C’s.

Delay in delivery, when contacted, sorted straight away, it was down to delivery company not anydaydirect, new delivery company, received in a couple of days. Not unpacked yet but have confidence, any problems will be rectified quickly.
