Got a text message on The day of the appointment to say they wouldn't be coming til the next day in the afternoon. Tried ringing the office multiple times with no answer. Finally got through to them after constantly trying for 3hours. The appointment was for a morning amd they said the engineer is coming today in the afternoon. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and wouldn't even apologise for the change In the appointment or even the false text message. Customer service at its finest. I would rather pay more for a company who values it's customers and keeps appointments

Your reply doesn't excuse your actions, lack of updating customers, the manor I which you talk to people or your shocking customer service

Sahas Singh is very good at communicating letting us know when he will be arriving very honest about the service would recommend any gas service to all will be using them again

Had my boiler serviced 22nd Dec, prior to service it was working. It started leaking immediately. I received the paperwork which had no remediations included as advice. I could not get hold of anyone over christmas and chased multiple times. Once I got a response they said the condensation pipe was brittle and had cracked, this wasnt flagged in the service report. They wouldn't even offer a refund or partial refund given the service paperwork was wrong. I could have saved myself £65 and not ended up with no heat or hot water over christmas.

Excellent service of our boiler from Bal the engineer. Gives a time slot which is narrower than just am or pm so we know when to expect him. Works cleanly and efficiently. Easy booking system online too. Highly recommend.

Disrepectful cold calling with out any information about the person they are calling, not even knowing the name of the person the are calling.

Just a "Hi this is Any Gas Service, just wondering if you might need a boiler service".

After imediately hanging up on the annoying SPAM cold call I checked their site, and even though they seem to be a legit company, they clearly have no quality control process regarding their leads, as I do not live anywhere near their service areas!

Poor show, a clear lack of respect for the people they are cold calling and an obvious lack of understanding of GDPR Article 6 and how legitimate interest actually works in respect of cold calling.

I am in two minds whether I should report you to the ICO.

Booked a service on Friday 6th November for after 1pm .got a text Thursday saying your appointment is for 8am to 10am .so I text back saying I have booked a pm slot has I am working till 12.got a reply back saying I will have to reschedule has I have an hospital appointment. So appointment reschedule for Friday 5th December .surprise surprise Thursday the 4th December get a text message your service will be tomorrow between 10am and 12. Again i reply will not be in at working till 12. Get a reply will have to be reschedule have a hospital appointment again total joke .I think being letdown twice there will not be a 3rd time

Really excellent diagnostic check of my heating system problems. Raj Basi did a tremendous job in assessing the issues and providing a fix there and then.
Much appreciated. He is a highly competent gas services engineer. And with a most pleasant and helpful manner.
