Great work repairing the missing cavity wall insulation and installing new trickle vents. Stephen and his team completed everything to a high standard, and I appreciated the in-person survey before and after work to ensure everything was done properly. I couldn’t have asked for anything easier or better from these guys.

They should stick to surveys not pretend they are roofers. Say one thing and then do what they want with no explanation other than they’ve done it a thousand times before. My roof is not repaired how I want it done. Furious does not cut it.

I would not recommend this company if you need a roof repaired.

I used this company through the Green Homes Wales scheme to coordinate the assessment of my home and the subsequent installation of solar panels. They were professional, helpful and responsive throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a really good experience with EMT Services when they came out to do the survey on behalf of Smart Living Energy.

The surveyor was very knowledgeable and took his time to properly look at everything. He took photos and also used a drone so he could check the outside properly and understand the extent of the damage, defects and what may have caused the problem.

What I really appreciated was the way everything was explained to me clearly. I asked a few questions and they were answered patiently without making me feel silly for asking. The surveyor made sure I understood what had been found and why it was important.

The report was also very clear and detailed, with photographs and findings that helped explain the issues properly.

Overall, I found the service very professional, helpful and reassuring. Thank you.

I have installed solar PV and battery through green home Wales programme. I was recommended by my neighbour to EMT services.Steve visited the house and did a thorough energy survey and gave clear recommendations to improve the energy efficiency.
Luci Hutt was absolutely fantastic in processing the application for approval from green home Wales.
Luci went through all the solar proposals and checked the credibility of the companies and had an excellent quote from RLW electrical and I accepted the proposal.
All systems are installed now and working brilliantly
Steve visited the house again to check if everything is working fine and to prepare the final EPC certificate.

Steve helped guide me through green home Wales scheme, and stepped in to find an alternative installer quickly when the first one pulled out. Steve helped me with all my questions and ensured work was carried out. There was a blip at the end with paperwork that delayed me signing up with an energy supplier, but that didn't detract from the service with EMT, more the installers. The work carried out however was to a high standard.
