Amazing service, easy to talk to, explained everything included, clearly and politely.
I've only spoken on the phone and booked for my upcoming wedding in July, but if its as good as the service received over the phone I'd be extremely happy..

They were very helpful and was super easy to book! Seen nothing but good reviews so wouldn’t book anywhere else for a limo hire :)

It was a lovely experience with the limo! We had a hen party and we hired a limo! The chauffeur was lovely (Richard). During the booking, I got amazing service from Shane, who helped me with every single question I had! Thank you!

We booked what was meant to be a 22 seater high end party bus with karaoke for our Christmas party, but what arrived was not worth the £1795 they charged us! There was no karaoke and the bus was very basic. The bus came from a company called Easy Limos.
They were late collecting us, dropped us off in the wrong place in London which made us very late for our meal, when the driver arrived to collect us the bus stank of cannabis, the driver was nearly falling asleep at the wheel and had a near miss with a lorry so opened all the windows to stay awake, so it was absolutely freezing.
I complained to the company but not surprisingly they had an answer for everything.

What a refreshing change to get a company that ring you back when they say they’re going to ring more than once a great price and actually spoke to us like what we were doing Matter again a refreshing change I work at one of the countries biggest Wedding venues and I will be recommending these people perfect.

The customer service from Stephan was brilliant he has sorted us out and took a weight of us he was so polite and helpful and I will recommend the company to friends and family

DO NOT USE, they are a middle man for limo your better off going directly to limo company than using this middle man company. They will let you down and there will be no one to speak to.

The worst company ever, left my daughter broken hearted! The limo didn’t turn up, the number I gave said he wasn’t my driver. No one to speak to at the office my daughter was left heart broken.
