Having owned three sets of these cameras, I’ve found they typically fail within three months. I decided to give the brand one last chance by purchasing their premium six-camera package, but it arrived without the required receiver, rendering the entire system useless. Despite contacting support, I never received the missing component. I recommend researching other manufacturers before spending $1,000 on a system you won't be able to use.
I have been an Aosu customer since 2023. The last renewal was Jan. 2025. I never received a renewal notification for 2026, so I wrote to them. They said that maybe my credit card didn't go through. I asked for clarification. I never received any correspondence about a credit card not going through last year, and my credit card has been up to date with no issues. I went back and forth with emails, and there was still poor communication. I was even ignored. I kept asking for clarification and specifics, then she wrote back to say that I unsubscribed last year. I said I didn't unsubscribe. I can't even see an unsubscribe button anywhere. I only see "Delete Account", which I never pushed last year. My account is still active because I can log in. There is no history, and it says I don't have any active subscriptions yet. So all this time since Jan. 2025, I have not had any security, but thought I did!! I'm still getting nowhere with them, so I will try phoning their USA number. I'm really frustrated and have never seen such poor customer service EVER.

The pictures and video are very clear! Company has been there for me when I had a problem, came through and took care of my issues! Great customer service care! Easy to reach unlike other companies! My camera been banged and dropped and still works great! So happy to have a durable product!!!

Overall great experience and I think it is definitely a good price/quality ratio. I love the fact that it is on a drive not on a cloud. We are very satisfied with those camera. If we want to push, I would say it might need some improvement on the alarm detraction and the app for more setting flexibility.

Bought two cameras, one stopped working.
Technical support made us jump through rigorous hoops to no avail. Provided all of the things asked of me including videos, passwords, pictures & explanations yet they took forever to contact me back and then wanted above and beyond what was already asked of me (very frustrating).
Ill say the cameras DO work well......until they don't, you may as well buy another one because the hassles and hoops are not worth it in the end 😒
Not pleased with the tech support, will not buy from the company or its branching companies in the future.
Had a great contact with customer support. They were very helpful. Must mention Kathy and Ivy, they are the best. Very understanding and great in solving my issue within hours.

Purchased a 11 camera total package just to find out that AOSU does not offer a cloud package for this purchase. Contacted ASOU customer support and was told to install S.D. cards or purchase multiple package plans. with all the cameras this would equate to roughly $1000.00 dollars per year and they would only need to steel the camera with S.D. cards.
We installed our Aosu cameras (3 internal and 1 external solar) + Door Bell in 2025 and I am so far impressed with how they work, their functions and serviceability. We did have an issue with the outdoor solar camera this year, but that is to do with it not turning off sometimes, which is the only issue we have had. Don't understand why it does not go off, but now we know we double check on system that it has turned off. This camera too has also lost wifi connection, which again I do not understand as it states connection is good. However I would still recommend Aosu for both use and price.

Première achat de 2 caméras solaire, la premiere ne veut plus charger au bout d une semaine, meme sur secteur, renvoyé sur Amazon, rachat de 2 autres caméras modèles supérieurs, neuve une ne marche pas , après recharche sur secteur elle s allume et on peut rien lui faire faire , je vais les renvoyer

J’ai eu à contacter le service et j’ai rarement eu affaire à des personnes aussi compétentes et à l’écoute ils m’ont envoyé un panneau de rechange avant même que je le réclame

Purchased an aosu Video Doorbell Pro on 24 January 2024 at a cost of £109.99, which has proved to be very overpriced for an inferior product that failed to function on 26 January 2026, seemingly due to water ingress. This equates to a cost of £4.58 per month for an item not fit for purpose. Aosu doorbell seals are NOT watertight & explains why their products are only guaranteed for a paltry 12 months. Aosu are evidently aware of this & have no confidence, in the longevity of their doorbells, otherwise they would offer a more robust & 3 to 5 years warranty, especially for a product costing in excess of £100 & allegedly designed, constructed & manufactured to a high standard & able to withstand all UK weathers. Contacted their customer services & to be fair, received a prompt response by email stating they assessed the doorbell to be defective but as the 1-year warranty had expired, they could not provide a replacement. This "get out of jail free card" response was as expected. To “make me feel better”, they offered me a 40% refund if I purchase a replacement aosu video doorbell, provided I do so from their Amazon shop, where, unsurprisingly, prices are around £30 dearer than available elsewhere on the internet, so very little aosu goodwill shown there & lord knows how long it would take for me to receive the aosu refund! Not sure I want to risk another costly aosu experience & throw more good money after bad, as the quality of their doorbells is evidently poor. In summary, I do not consider that that even the aosu Low 2.8 Star Rating is justified & could NOT recommend aosu doorbells after my bad & expensive experience.

Tout le fonctionnement est sous contrôle de leur logiciel y compris la mise en marche. Le panneau solaire est trop faible pour recharger la batterie obligeant une recharge régulière. L’enregistrement d’alarme est sous contrôle de leur logiciel et surtout la nuit si la fonction éclairage est activée! Faut-il payer leur abonnement tel qu’indiqué pour obtenir les performances annoncées? Cela semble évident !!!

Invested a fair bit of cash for some new security cameras.
Not fit for purpose, they claim the outdoor solar anly need 2 hours of daylight to work, however mine are mainly off due to no charge, you can’t use the settings fully as if you have recognition in and uses even more battery.
Avoid, complete waste of money.
We found that the service and help we recieved from your company was great. We would recommend your company to others based on this service.
