Had the scooter for 4 months and had a fault with it. Messaged them for support and the response was fast and I soon had the free shipping back to them. They messaged me quickly to let me know what the diagnosis was and the steps needed to move forwards. To be fair the scooters had a hard life, so I’ll accept the £50 for the new front motor. Considering the free shipping, fitting the motor, the new back light, cleaning out the battery tray and the new grip tape, I think I got a cracking deal. Shipped back to me super fast and to a location of my choosing! Reasonable prices with a great service. My daughters super happy!

Outstanding scooters and customer service the best I’ve ever received thank you. Delivery was slower than expected but that was not any fault of the company, it was a lazy driver not wanting to deliver on a Saturday! But they came on Monday and we’re perfect.

The delivery of the scooter was DHL, it was really fast and the service was good. So, it was great overall.

I ordered my scooter under the impression i would receive it on a next day delivery promise.
Very misleading and blatant false advertising as i only received it 3 dsys later resulting in my son getting his birthday present late which is unacceptable and upsetting.
I emailed Apachie to question why i had not received my item the following day and received an extremely rude and mocking email which totally disgusted me.
I responded asking for relevant details to the complaints department and i still haven't had any response. Absolute joke of a company.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this company.
By far the worst online experience ive EVER had and would NEVER EVER give these jokers a single penny again.
Biggest con artists of false advertising ive experienced and by far the worst customer service ive EVER had to deal with.
Very unhappy customer and im upset i had to give them 1 star.

Great communication with company as the scooter purchased is not working properly. Company are picking up scooter to assess what is wrong with it rather than replace which I find disappointing as the scooter is only 2 weeks old

Arrived within days and I live on the Isle of Man, any questions I had were answered within a day, lots of spare parts on the site really couldn’t ask for much more, had my first go and thought it was on high speed until I got back and used the app to find out I was in low speed, solid built scooter and I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone and everyone.
