The service from the Apecs team is excellent. I have purchased hundreds of items from them in the past and have always received items on time.

I had issues with the plastic thumb pad on the key itself, relacement keys were sent out on the same day of rasing it with them.

Had a problem with key fobs ( plastic cracking )
Spoke to Trinity, who sorted everything out for me ,
First class service .

As a sole Locksmith I can say that I have had nothing but great service from Apecs; especially Sue and her team. Any order no matter how big or small is efficiently dealt with.

I contacted APECS to purchase a replacement key after mine snapped. I fully expected (and planned) to be charged, however, Sue and the team made me aware that the key would be replaced free of charge and guided me through the process which was simple and streamlined. I am very impressed by the service and would highly recommend buying from APECS

The team at APECs are brilliant, nothing is too much for them and they are always on the end of the phone to brighten up the day. Sue is especially excellent and is a pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend them.

Three of the five keys supplied for my APECS lock have suffered from cracks in the plastic key fobs, as I didn't want to loose the actual keys, I asked for replacements. Customer Service to request the replacements has been fantastic, with same day turn around.

As a small locksmith/key Cutter this company doesn't support small sole traders. I've had reason to need to cut some of their keys for a very good customer of mine. Their key blanks are available from key blank companies and can be cut by hand. However I thought I'll contact them as my multi code machine requires their approval to cut their keys ... So I thought buy the original blanks from them...... Oh no the response I got we will unlock your machine if you spend £800 net to start with and then we will monitor your buying.... NO THANKS who do they think they are

We had a problem with some keys and they were replaced very quickly and efficently.

I was having problems (of my own making) ordering a key from the website; Trinity at Apecs took the time to call me and talk me through the process. She was personable and friendly, and very quickly had me sorted.

The service I received from the team at Apecs was exceptional and efficient. The representative stayed with me through the process of replacing my damaged keys. Once the information was processed I received word that the new keys would be shipped within a few days. I can't thank Apecs enough.

I registered with APECS and ordered some new locks as a newly qualified locksmith, looking to supply good quality locks to customers. I decided to install APECS locks to my own home as a test so that I could speak from experience. The team were friendly and helpful with me registering, supply was fast and I do like the quality of the locks, BUT, all of the keys have failed. The plastic handle end has snapped or cracked. I can't obviously promote a product that fails but I've written to them to see if they can help me out and get replacements. I'll update once they respond and if they are helpful with this issue.

UPDATE: so literally within a couple of days APECS have reached out. Replacement keys on the way and no hassle whatsoever. This is the sort of company I love to deal with. They see and accept issues and go the extra mile to make it right.

Having activated the warranty 18 months ago, I recently had a broken key which Apec replaced without issue. I dealt with Sue who was excellent, very knowledgeable and dealt with the issue promptly. Great service and well recommended.
