Apex Verandas Reviews

My husband and myself are absolutely delighted with our new veranda and it's a great addition to our home. We first came across them in Acheson and Glover in Toomebridge and from there we made contact with Seamus who talked us through the options and answered any of our questions, he put us in touch with Corey from McCalmont Bros. regarding the groundworks and since they both worked with one another on a regular basis we decided to go with Corey which has been a very good decision. Roger and his son Michael appeared to measure up the veranda and then it was over to Seamus to make the veranda up. Dean and his team from Apex verandas arrived on site on 14th October to put up the main structure and came back on 15th Oct. to put in the glass, they were very respectful of our property and cleared up as they went along. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Apex Verandas to anybody and we would just like to say thank you for a job well done👏

We got our veranda fitted last week and we're super happy. Quality of product, fit and service excellent...right from initial consultation with seamus....through to site visit and measuring from Rodger to the lovely 3 lads who fitted in 2 days....communication excellent from the time we paid deposit...to follow up call to ensure we were happy after the fitting team left. Highly recommend apex to anyone....especially anyone here in the south...they are very competitive and customer service is excellent....this family business ensures you get the personal touch

Would highly recommend using Apex Verandahs. From speaking to Seamus to Roger coming out to see us and Stanley and the boys installing the verandah, it was so easy! Two day installation and a very tidy job and the fitters were first class 👏 I will definitely recommend to my friends

Great experience from consultation to instalation. Very pleased with finished job! A very professional service from start to finish.

So happy with our new veranda. From my first contact to installation it was really quick. The communication was always great. The team that did the installation was amazing and had extra attention to detail which I value so much. Recommending them to every neighbor that wants similar done.

We are absolutely delighted with our glass veranda, it's a superb outside extension to our home. Seamus and team were a pleasure to work and communicate with and they designed the perfect look for our space.
Very impressed with the workmanship by the installers who were all very professional and friendly.
From our date of enquiring to completion was only 6 weeks.
I would highly recommend Apex Verandas to others and we are looking forward to spending more time outside.
Many thanks again, we just love it 😀

Fantastic job, very efficient & cleaned up after them. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to using this space in all weathers 😁

We've just had our new outdoor room completed and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!
The whole consultation, ordering and installation process was very straightforward due to the diligence of Seamus and the rest of the team.
This outdoor room has been used every day since it has been completed and we love being able to sit outdoors whilst remaining protected from the elements.
We would highly recommend Apex verandas if you are considering an addition like this to your home.

I was not entirely ready to buy when initially completed form online requesting more information. I've got a phone call from Seamus short time later who kindly guided me through the process, answering all my questions and suggesting best solution in my case.

I went to see verandas in Dublin showroom near Redcow roundabout and at that stage I have been convinced that product quality matching their customer service, both top-notch.

Follow up call with Seamus after that has given me rest sssurance that Apex Verandas know how to deliver quality product to a customer satisfaction.

Fitters, Dean, Stephen, and Gavin, hats off, lads are legends, arrived from Northern Ireland to Dublin on time and completed job to a highest standard within one day!

Don't hesitate to support family business that well run by Seamus, lads are professionals and money well spent! I would definitely recommend Apex Verandas to anyone out there!

This was a great experience from start to end. I first spoke with Seamus who showed me in person what his home veranda was like and was able to talk me through his own experiences with what worked well with them. He never put pressure on me and was quite clear that the project could even be done in stages, as the verandas are quite modular and capable of being added to over time.

Seamus was also able to give me great advice about a ground worker for my garden, Corey. Corey was able to do a lot of the arranging of dates with Apex around his work. Seamus and Adam from Apex would contact me throughout for clarifications and confirmations. Roger then came to confirm measurements on site and talk me through the options specific to the layout of my garden.

The installation itself was a satisfying process to see through. Roger came again on day one to confirm everything, then the guys worked away and also had great advice and input to give for the job. They were easy to talk with about any queries I had throughout.

The final product looks amazing, and feels like really good quality. I feel like I've gained two new rooms for the house (I had a veranda with divided rooms) and I'm really pleased with the job. Seamus made sure to stay in contact as the job was completing. I would recommend them to anyone considering an outdoor garden area or even instead of a kitchen extension.

We are delighted with our veranda that was installed in June by Apex verandas. We initially made contact through Facebook and got quotes etc for different options. When we wanted to proceed we had Adam come out to carry out an initial survey. There was no hard sale indeed he did give us options that we could do the initial frame and then add on extras like side panels and glass doors later down the line. We also wanted composite decking done. Adam recommended us one of his partners and once we agreed to proceed they communicated between themselves. The deck down in 1 day and the veranda over the next 2 days. The workers were all very friendly and tidy workers. Hardly stopped for a cup of tea. The foreman attended site before sign off and his attention to detail was reassuring. Throughout the whole process Apex were very responsive to any communication. We have got to really enjoy the garden this summer even with the awful Irish weather and with the use of a patio heater we will continue to use it throughout the year.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Met Seamus at his own house and saw how a well used veranda works. This was better than any showroom. Good advice from him and Roger after on site visit meant we made the right decisions. Roger’s team did a fabulous job on the build yesterday.

Delighted with my new outdoor living space. From the moment of going to view some Verandas at the showrooms to the site visit and onto installation the entire process was smooth and stress free. Every member of the team at Apex guide you along the way up until installation and answer any question no matter how big or small. Would highly recommend the guys at Apex. Very tidy workers too.

The experience I had with Apex veranda was excellent 👌 from speaking to Seamus and Adam to get all the details sorted to getting the veranda installed Dean and the team were ABSOLUTELY 💯 brilliant I am so happy with my veranda can't wait to use it Thankyou

Perfectly planned and expertly installed. To say I’m am happy is an understatement- a quality product! A professional service throughout the process.

Apex Verandas are an excellent company to work with, and they look for solutions to challenging areas rather than tell you the veranda isn’t possible if an out of the box option isn’t suitable. They have a great team of people installing the verandas, and I’d highly recommend them.

We are over the moon with our new veranda. From speaking to Seamus at the start to Dean and the lads building the veranda it was a smooth and professional job. We will definitely have Apex back in the future to do more work.

We had our veranda fitted by Apex just a few days ago and are absolutely delighted - from first enquiry a few weeks ago the customer service has been exceptional. Seamus communicated different options to us very clearly over the phone and it was very easy to send photos and measurements to decide what size and style to go for. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product, with the option to add glass panels in future. The fitters left a neat and tidy job as well. Highly recommend apex verandas 😊👍

My initial contact was with Seamus, who was excellent in explaining what Verandas Apex could offer and the process of getting it booked in. The 4 fitters were very professional and installed an amazing veranda which has completely transformed our patio space. There was a quality control checklist performed at the end with a follow up call from Seamus to ensure we were happy with the product and service - which we are! I would highly recommend Apex Verandas!

Looking for a veranda a long time. We contacted Apex Verandas and spoke with Seamus who gave us expert advice. Considering we live in a bungalow which posed a small problem, not for Apex Verandas. Cut a long story short the Veranda is up absolutely delighted with it. Really professional job and the fitting team were brilliant good guys. Would recommend Apex Verandas 100%
