I figured they'd just give me some guidance and leave me to my own devices. Nope. They helped select a profitable product for me, built my branding from scratch, and optimized my listings like pros. I used to guess what worked. Now I have data, strategy , and support. I went from running in circles to having a store that I'm proud of. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start a serious Amazon business.

Beware!!! Apical Consulting Inc does not do as they promise. I started my journey with Apical in March of 2023! It is now February 2025, and the product pictures remain outdated—meanwhile, I am incurring storage fees from Amazon, exceeding $1,200 a month since November 2024 and not making sale!! I deeply regret hiring Apical Consulting, as their unprofessionalism and incompetence are glaringly evident. After two years of shouldering loan payments due to their false claims and misleading advertising, I am on the brink of bankruptcy, with $175,000 in debt. Their complete disregard for my multiple refund requests has forced me to take legal action. I will not tolerate this any longer. Beware Do NOT Hire!!!

The only thing worse than a scammer is a scammer who thinks they are a legit business. Apical hides behind half truths at best, fulfil about 10-20% of what they say they will. Grossly falsely advertise what they are capable of in terms of profit return and service and in my case, they ended up stealing my product out of my Amazon store, leaving me with a bill from Amazon of over $9200. I am out approx $65,000 usd. I am 100% telling the truth. Under no circumstances should you give Apical one cent of your money. The CEO Kodi is a crook. If you don’t believe me, there are at least 50 other customers who have had a similar or worse experience and most people are out between $50,000 to $300,000 USD. Furthermore, Kodi would not ever publicly dispute this bc he knows this is the truth and it would force him to come out of hiding. He refuses to answer me and dodges me like the plague. He is a coward and a crook. Do not do business with Apical under any circumstances. This has been an ongoing nightmare since Dec 2022 until now. This is a real review from an actual customer. I am not the competition trying to smear Apical’s and Kodi’s name like some of these fake reviews say. Apical and Kodi destroy their name and reputation all on their own with absolute ease. RUN.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. THEY ARE A SCAM. STAY CLEAR OF APICAL do NOT believe the lies. Worst experience of my life.

Apical Consulting is a predator company that specializes in false advertisement. Every single client of theirs I have been able to get in contact with has the same exact story. Apical reels people in with their false advertisement and fake results. Once they have collected the money, they set you up for failure so you can run out of money and they can keep the store.

I have also been able to get in contact with people and companies they have said to work with. Some say they have never worked with them, and others say they did work with them in the past but left as soon as they realized the scam they are running.

I am currently creating a case against them to get my money back and I want to try my best to not have anyone else fall into their trap.

BEWARE of Apical and its CEO Kodi King. I invested with Apical in November 2022 with a written guarantee to have a fully operational e-commerce store up and running by April 2023. Apical did not fulfill its obligation and after one year requested a refund but they refused. They ultimately entered into a settlement agreement but after 3 months defaulted on that in June 2024 as well. There is a group of investors that have filed a class action lawsuit. I have also filed FRAUD complaints with the FBI and FTC

This company doesn’t deserve 1 star, they need to be shut down and it’s looking like it’s on the way there. Many lawsuits pending, federal complaints filed, countless fraud and so many employees and partners left them after seeing and knowing about it all and the moron scammer Kodi King (his fake name) behind it all. A storm is coming for them. I hope they all end up in jail. So sad what they are doing.

Horrible company. Do not believe any of the five star reviews. So many people have lost their life savings. They are falling apart right now and just trying to grab any money they can. Criminals.

I’ve been with these guys. for 4 months now and I’m impressed! Their customer service team specifically Casey was on point! So quick to answer my questions and really helpful. It felt like they actually cared about making things profitable and timely with shipments for me, which you don't see everywhere in other companies!

The sourcing department is also top-notch. They know their stuff, getting good quality stuff sorted out for me without any hassle and at good prices too. It's clear they've got a solid network and really understand the market.

All in all, working with apical was a breeze. They're professional, they listen, and they deliver. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I signed up with Apical back in March of 2023. I signed up for the Bronze package, with 1 supposed winning product. After they had my money, I had a kick off call and then the team went silent for months. It would take weeks to get a response on emails. I was told it was going to take 4-6 months to get my product up and going but at about the 6 month mark, I received a 35k invoice for transportation and inventory. I knew I would have to buy inventory but it wasn’t transparent how much it would be. This is above and beyond the 50k investment I already made. In addition to that, it was going to be another 3 months before my store would be ready after the bill was paid, putting me at close to a year to get my store off the ground. I am now fighting for a refund which they are refusing to pay. This company is a joke, DO NOT invest your money, they are horrible to work with.
