Don't buy from these guys...it's almost 3 weeks and product is not delivered. Better go with distacart as they delivered my duplicate order within 4 days of placing an order.

Wow! I should have read the reviews... Same experience, more than three weeks for a product to be delivered (still have not received and tomorrow is my Virechena day). Just be up front...

I gave 2 stars because the product did finally show up. After reading the reviews following my purchase I requested a refund which they refused. They kept telling me the products were being shipped soon. Even though the company is a US based, it’s shipped from India and no updates ever. I kept asking for proof that the products were shipped since all it ever said was preparing for shipment and it wasn’t until my last of 4 emails that I was finally given a tracking ID. I will NEVER order from them again!

Hated to leave the single star as it wasn't earned. Horrible customer service. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. RUN unless you want the aggravation. I requested a cancellation and refund twice and was disregarded. I am now going thru my credit card for a dispute.

They canceled my order & did not inform me. When I contacted them about my order, then they told me it was canceled! I asked for a refund, then they told me I could have a credit. Well, we were not interested in anything else they offered for sale. I contacted my credit card company & put in a claim to get my money back. Buy elsewhere!

This company does not respect customers. They don’t delivery products. I’m asking for almost a week for refund and only today they told me the order was lost, and instead of refunding they insist in resend. Zero professionalism.

My experience with organic wellnesses has been the worst experience I've ever had with such a business. There were a number of minor technical glitches l, which I didn't mind particularl, but when they didn't honor their offer of free shipping over $50, it's become more serious. They stated very clearly that you get free shipping over $50 and my order qualifies, but they won't give me the free shipping, citing some sort of guideline that's not visible to anybody and ignoring the clear statement about free shipping. They will not cancel the order. I instructed them to do that two times but they insist on sending me the order and charging my card. So I will refuse the order and contact my lawyer to see about legal action. Let this be a warning to anybody who deals with them.
Update: the company relented and has cancelled the order and issued a refund.

Contrary to what I've read regarding the reviews about delivery and packaging my order was delivered within 10 days of placing the order and the package was immaculate.

Do not waste your time or money! It takes a month for the company to even ship the order. Communication is horrible. Go with well known companies. You will be waiting forever. I still haven't received my items.

First of all, you wouldn't be able to see any leakage—the boxes are white, and the bottles are brown, so it's impossible to notice any liquid unless it's poured out. I don't find this situation amusing at all. The manufacturing date is from a year ago, which may be acceptable to you, but it's definitely not to me.

Don’t worry about it—I’ll leave my review. You can keep the $23.00; apparently, you need it more than I do. But $23.00 for this? Unbelievable.

Buyer beware! I ordered 2 items online from this company and both items /orders were cancelled and I was never credited for the items - 9 months later I’m still trying to get refunded almost $150 for items they cancelled and never shipped!!! If I get refunded I will update this review!

Updated as of 9/2/2025 - I see others have gotten scammed - after several attempts to get a credit I am still out $150 for the items THEY CANCELLED AND NEVER SHIPPED - now trying to dispute with credit card company after giving them ample time to credit me DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!!

Regardless of paying for expedite shipping today its 7th day and the order is not shipped. SCAM don't buy anything from their online store.

I ordered from this website twice. First order was shipped in 3 weeks. Their standard shipping time is 6 to 8 business days. I order my second one on March 2nd. Today is March 29th. Shipping label was created a week ago and the product is not shipped yet. I may have been scammed. I will not buy from this site again. I called the number listed on their website and it goes directly to voice mail.

Don’t order anything from this website. Only wasted my time and made me mad. Not recieved mu product after a month, this website should marked as FAKE OR TRASH.

This company takes FOREVER to ship out their products. I’ve ordered different products from them on three separate occasions and it takes over 2 weeks for them to even create a shipping label. Buy from this company if you’re not in a rush. But if you want your product fast, I would go with a different website.

Excellent Service and Quality Products! The package arrived intact, and even the glass bottles were well-protected—no leaks or breakage. The product itself worked effectively for me, and I’m happy with the results.

DON,T buy from this company! My order was on Fri, Dec 27, 2024, 6:03 PM and i don,t have today 01.23.2025 8:00 PM.
