I regret ever signing up for this website. After canceling my subscription, they continued to charge me, even after I replaced my credit card. I don’t understand how they managed to do that without my new card details—it feels like outright theft..

To make matters worse, they don’t make it easy to remove payment information or stop charges. I had to contact my bank to block them and dispute the transactions, which has been a huge headache.

This experience has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. Their practices are shady and unethical. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Avoid them like the plague unless you enjoy being charged for something you no longer use and battling with terrible customer support.

Beware this site is 1000% bogus site. I subscribed for 3 days just for trail and it was so poor that I didn't use it even second day. But it automatically subscribed for monthly subscription and then the audacity of the website is there's no option to cancel subscription.

I cancelled my card and ordered new credit card but worst part is I got a notification today they again charged me.

Unfortunately the support email on the site is not a working email. I emailed to this address support at expertchat.me and got non delivery failure.

Even after changing the card, they are still deducting the money, no idea how.

You can't cancel the subscription in the website

J'ai voulu utiliser ce site pour tester leur logiciel anti-plagiat qui était annoncé comme gratuit. En fait il ne l'était pas mais j'ai payé 0.99 usd. Le logiciel était une arnaque car ils ne pouvait valider que des fichiers de 1000 mots mais à aucun moment , c'était annoncé.
Ils me demandait de payer plus de 30 euros pour tester mon fichier et je n'ai pas répondu car c'était trop cher.
Hier j'ai reçu un mail me disant que ils allaient me débiter 29.99 euros. J'ai aussitôt envoyé un mail pour contester ce débit à leur support et bien évidemment mon mail est revenu en undelivered
Le prélèvement sera bloqué dès demain par ma banque

Before you use it, you are told you can use £0.99 to do the essay check, after you paid, it told you there is a word limit, you cannot even use it to check your 2000 words essay.

I have purchased for 3 days membership, but it automatically register me as a monthly user and kept deducting money from my bank account.

Completely unreliable do not even attempt to use it.

Got a reply from the developer (see below) and asked me to contact their team for support. - The fact is I contacted the team immediately on 10 November by sending them an email, they have no contact number, but after 1 month, still don't have a reply.

The explanation made everything even worse...

I haven't received any e-mail for this purchase at all. No number to call and cancel. I just saw a charge on my card. I tried to e-mail to cancel whatever this is with no response because the e-mail address is undeliverable.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! I agreed to a ONE TIME purchase of 0.99$, NOT a subscription. And now I am being charged 30$ for a subscription. AND I can’t even log in to cancel my subscription because there is no recollection of my email, and there is no where for me to even contact customer service about this issue. Screw this app, They didn’t even help me with my assignment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

SCAM!!!!!Terrible experience. They keep charging you money and can’t figure out how to cancel. I’ve lost about $80 for absolutely nothing. I reached out to customer support and they said they canceled any future payment but just got charged for $30. Now i have to cancel my card to avoid getting ripped off this SCAM.

Once you buy you are never able to cancel the subscription through the website you have to cancel your card. IT IS SCAM! The login page for AI master does not show any option to renew my password so I can't log in and cancel subscription.

I strongly advise against using this service. It's a complete scam. I signed up thinking it was a legitimate offer, but soon after, I realized they were charging me for services I never agreed to. Initially, I accepted a small payment of $0.99, but then I noticed they began to automatically charge me $10, and later $74, without my consent.

What's worse, when I tried to cancel the subscription, there was no way to do it through their website. I emailed them immediately after realizing this, but they never responded. I tried contacting them multiple times through different channels, but they completely ignored me. Eventually, I had to contact my bank to cancel my card and get a new one to stop these unauthorized charges.

Not only are they money thieves, but they also block you from communicating with them once they have your money. They promised me a 50% refund, but after initially agreeing, they canceled the operation and blocked my email, preventing any further communication.

Stay away from this service at all costs—they will charge you without your permission and make it impossible for you to cancel or get your money back.

A scam. I only chose a one day trial, then it consistently cost me 75 usd per month, and there’s even no place to cancel subscription!

I have sent an email to cancel the subscription on 02.07.2024. The same day I made the subscription. I am waiting your confirmation!

Update 6.07.2024 : they never responded to me and I sent again emails from my personal email without luck so I called me bank and canceled my card ordered a new one. Don’t subscribe they will ignore you.

I was charged erroneously from this company. Did not order services. After a little bit of communication with Support, the issue was resolved. I appreciate this being a reputable business, and one that makes decisions in favor of their customers.

C'est 1 site malveillant qui débite votre comte de 74€ et 39€ sans votre autorisation. Mon fils n'a jamais rentré ses coordonnées bancaires mais à priori il y a juste une petite case de cochée invisible qui fait le boulot. Un site à proscrire absolument. Et quand on essaie de les joindre par la suite sur l'adresse mail pour 1 réclamation et bien voici la réponse : "message non distribué : 1 problème temporaire est survenu lors de la distribution de votre message à support-expertchat.me". Même pas l'honnêteté de répondre et de rembourser. SITE POURRI.
Après le dépôt de notre avis, iIs apportent toujours la même réponse bidons aux gens, aucun professionnalisme, aucun sérieux, et surtout dans leur réponse rien n'est vrai puisque nous n'avons jamais reçu aucun mail de leur part pour nous prévenir que nous allions être débité.
