This is a very poor website, whatever you do make sure you avoid using this service. The overall user experience was bad and the customer service representatives lack common skills, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a seamless online experience. I asked for a question to be solved I was made to believe my question has been answered but before I am able to reveal my answer I have to pay, which I did because that saves me time only to find out that no question was answered, I immediately wrote the customer service and the girl told me nothing can be done that I had to wait for my question to be answered. They take your money and tell you you’ve been informed already before making the financial decision lol, screams fraudulent. This has nothing to do with pricing, it’s a cheap website to use but the system at which you make people put in their payment information is fraudulent. Don’t make people think their question has been answered and request for payment to reveal the answer only to find that the question was unanswered. I waited almost 30 minutes for a solution that I was told takes little less than 2 mins to be answered

I did the free trial twice. The second time the answers I recieved were not all correct, I sent an email to cancel and heard nothing. Then I get charged $99 dollars, so I reached out and was denied a refund but they happily cancelled my subscription.
When I asked how long my account would be active I was told just over 30 days!! 99$ a month that is insane!

EDIT: what a condescending reply, not surprised because that's how each representative I spoke with was as well, as I've stated I reached out to cancel during my trial, so because no one bothered to reply in time that's my fault? In order to cancel you have to send a request to the support team so you are at their mercy. Perhaps add a cancel subscription button where you can do it yourself? Then people wouldn't feel unfairly charged.

Fraudsters. Don’t give them any bank or credit card info. Even if you cancel, they keep charging you hundreds of dollars.

The customer service was on point even when the company marketing strategies were off the charts.

I agree with the majority of the reviews. This looks like a classic fraud designed to mislead people (teenagers?) with their aggressive T&Cs. They do not respond to cancellation requests and charge your bank account through recurring payments. What you need to do is to cancel your bank card immediately and report the transaction to your bank. In my case it was reversed in one day. Finally, to make life of these scammers less pleasant, use the UK and EU GDPR legislation. You have the right to submit an access request (SAR) for all the info they have on you (through their "support team" email), and you have the right to be forgotten (ie for your data to be erased). Just a short and simple email with these requests should suffice. If they don't respond and comply within a certain period of time, they are in breach of GDPR legislation and can be seriously fined. Just google it if you need more details. Good luck

These guys are freaking scammers. Gave them a math problem, paid $0.99 but they tried to remove $99.89. Thank goodness my account balance was lower. They still didnt solve my math equation

They suddenly charged me 74 dollars even though I was not premimum in any way. Moreover, the premimum fee is 9.99 dollars. I only solved 2 questions in the app for 1 dollar, I didn't do anything else. When I log in now, it doesn't show that I have a premimum membership. Then why did they charge me 74 dollars? If you don't deposit my money, I will deal with you really hard and you will have to deposit many times more. Never, ever use them, they are scammers. I have already contacted with your support, i sent you an email.
