Should work on an easy way to confirm banking for existing clients. I find it cumbersome.

Well truth to be told I used to count on you guys every single month.... I have always been a very loyal customer. I pay on time and I always reborrow and everything is always worked out fine. However, in the month of October when I was paid y'all took out your money, and then for some weird reason I was just like unable to find British Columbia on the provinces that you serve. Serve. And so I reached out to the same guy that I always reach out to and his name is Steve and he has always been great up until this point. He emails me back and he tells me yeah, we are no longer providing service to people who live in British Columbia.
That was it..... No explanation. Didn't really care that I still needed it and that my options were very limited and clearly didn't care that I had been a loyal customer for quite some time. So when I emailed him back asking him "oh my God wait what why, why are you not serving BC like what is going on?".... I received no other messages from him, I've messaged him twice, and just once more time right now. Hopefully he actually answers me this time...
I think it's absolutely disgusting and cowardly for a company who has a lot of people counting on them who are kind of stuck in these payday cycles and rely on your services, who have done nothing wrong and have always paid on time and every single month without fail pay and then reloan.. not only that they're doing that to these people. Myself included, but that they didn't have the courage to send out an email stating ;
" hey guys, just so you know, at the end of this month we will no longer be providing service to British Columbia"...
And I'm a single mother with a nearly 2-year-old son. I am a 65-year-old mother who is not working, and a 14 and 1/2-year-old nephew who has been living with me since January and I'm responsible for all of them and so to have something like this happen without any fu*kin warning is extremely extremely not only rude but it's almost unethical. I hope you guys know how much my family suffered throughout the entire due to the actions of your company, it's depressing that you treat your loyal customers like that. And I don't even think I would ever trace somebody. I hate like that let alone somebody who has always said what they were going to do and then they did it time after time after time. So I don't know. It's just incredibly unprofessional, rude, unnecessary, and cowardly.. And I think it was possibly because you guys were thinking about your bottom dollar thinking "Oh if we put out a notice then nobody is going to pay us back kind of thing".. which just goes to show the selfishness and cowardliness on your guys's end when you're supposed to be, the company that advertises is stating that they want to help you through the tough times you know and get you to your next paycheck and that no matter what, you guys are always there for us. When in the end you completely did the opposite like the polar office at. That's like some kind of false advertisement or something isn't it? I'm extremely affected by this. It's almost unethical what you guys did. And yeah

They come through everytime when I need that founds

I've been a customer for a couple of years im glad they can help especially when its needed the most, although its not as great as it used to be when they allowed more then once a loan .

So far I was approved for my loan says issued I never received each form they had me.sign has a diffrent phone number all fake I emailed them no response called number on the site it says to email it says to check status of your loan click link on site says I dont even have a loan

I've been a long time. Client went to go. Use the service and all of a sudden. Apparently, they don't work with disability. Even though it's still on their website says accepts disability. I ask customer service why I was being denied and they said they no longer
Offer to government assistance, clients.
So essentially, they're directly lying on their mission statement

The loan process may take a take a bit longrr to fill out. But the interest is actually quite fair compared to others. I'm also writing this review at 9pm on a Sunday. Appletree really came though for me. I definitely recommend

I am a customer of 5 years, appletreecash.com has helped me over and over when I needed help, there was some issues, but it was on my end, couple times I have backlash them when all they have done was help me, I will be a customer as long as I am working, they are the best payday loans I have used, and I have used a handful before, but with their service i have stopped using others as their rates and services are best for my needs

Happy to see some others commenting saying the same thing as I experienced. As another reviewer said they took our my loan a day earlier then our contract and got me an NSF fee. I wrote to both there "service" email and Steve. During the time of my loan, it took them days to say I was approved. None the less I was grateful because it was really needed. Problem was I needed another month to re-borrow again. There site was not working properly. I emailed them proof and even gave them the whole weekend to reply. No luck. I have been writing to them for 8 days ago and no answer. I left a voicemail on there phone line that no one ever picks up. Very very unprofessional and will never be loaning with them again. The least they could do is write me back being apologetic. They are extremely unreliable. Grateful for the help but not grateful enough to not write a review stating what this company is. Also going to now look into our contract since you've made me had and NSF fee and that gives us as customers a lesser chance at pulling out loans with other companies since that's what they look for during bank verification. Extremely disappointed in the professionalism and this single mom here has got the time to look into and report things. I'm not a petty person but I know as customers we do have rights and then as a company are entitled to get an answer back especially when they break there on contracts. Very funny how they can reply to these reviews but not 10 different emails between the two emails they provide for you to answer. Both emails answered me fast the time of my loan but ever since repayment (that's was a day early and gave and NSF and also broke a contract agreement.) they have not replied but they got there money back from me. I guess the company sees that as a win... But we shall see ? I'll update my review once I speak with FSRA got all the evidence I need to show how incompetent this site is and now I see that others are getting the same. That's absolutely unprofessional. Wish I had just gotten a reply back because I was being very understanding at first. Happened on the 18th of September and my latest email was two days ago telling them in grateful for the first loan but it will be my last at how unprofessional they are as a company. Shame on them for not a single reply even that would have changed my perspective on them. Oh well... I'm just one customer to them ! Hope this review helps other ppl avoid this. Btw CashCo is an amazing company and helped me out with in minutes, got my money in an hour and Representatives that work there reply on email or phone very fast! Will be my go to reliable place.

Could of been a little bit faster with the deposit but other then that’s they’re great!

I dislike how my loans are taken a day earlier. Then expected.and the extra downloads and verifying I have to do for each loan.

I found them rude and dismissive, I had expressed I had an NSF because ICBC took out payment on the wrong day, it's all worked out though. I recieved a email back by someone quoting the loan officer basically being rude and telling me I don't meet requirements because I had a NSF on the day of payday. This is false I had it two days prior and explained it. Let's me know, they don't actually look at information provided to them at all. The second hung is the person, who didn't leave their name put the font in bold writing and even larger writing to tell me not to use this email except for money transfer, The email I used is the one and only email on their website, the one they say to contact them by, All I say is I hope when you apply the agents aren't trying to run out the door on Friday! Horrible experience.

Appletree cash is a reliable and they do their best to accommodate their clients. I recommend them if you are in a bind a need a loan.
