Fast efficient installation of a new freezer.
My freezer decided it couldn't cope with this hot weather and stopped working. I searched around and luckily came across Appliance World. They were offering next day delivery at the most competitive price. The Bosch freezer duly arrived as promised was unpacked and installed and my old one removed. When i needed to ask a question I actually talked to a very helpful person. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fabulous customer service from delivery man, Abdi today. When he arrived on time, the goods in his delivery van had been packed in the wrong order. I was first up but my fridge freezer was at the back of the van. Someone back at the depot had loaded things in the wrong order. Abdi asked me to give him time to rearrange the goods, and my fridge freezer was still delivered on time! What a gem he was. Very polite and courteous. Thanks Abdi you're a star 🌟

Washing machine failed after 6 weeks
Washing machine failed after 6 weeks, spewed water all over my home ruining kitchen walls and ceilings. Appliance world were so unhelpful so rude on the phone and via email. I advise anyone to think twice about using them. Just used AO for a replacement and just chatting to the team on the phone it’s night and day. Appliance world just want your money and aren’t equipped to help.
DID NOT OFFER PHYSICAL ASSEENT OF MACHINE ASSESSED VIA A PICTURE -ONLY OFFERED CHARGABLE VISIT!! Do not use or use something with payment protection. Staff were so horrible.

Having reviewed your case, the inspection of the evidence concluded that the fault was caused by a foreign object damaging the appliance, rather than a manufacturing defect.
Despite this, we offered to arrange an independent inspection to investigate the matter further. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you, so we were unable to progress your case.
We therefore do not accept the suggestion that we were unwilling to help. We investigated the reported fault, relied on the evidence, and offered a further inspection in an effort to resolve the matter.

From order delivery was quick and arriv d has expected. Price was a good price for washing machine. Updated me with time slot for delivery and phoned to say they were here to deliver. The delivery men were very friendly and quick. Washing machine looks perfect no damage . Have yet to use it. Very happy with service and so far would purchase again from this company.

Very easy to order from the website. We were able to choose the day of delivery and paid to have our old appliance collected, both of which were important to us. We could have purchased the appliance slightly cheaper from another supplier but we wanted a reliable service and the Appliance World Online reviews were very good. We were not disappointed - we received several emails and texts to update us before and on the delivery day. Our appliance was delivered efficiently, on time and with a smile by driver Victor.
