Driver was very rude
Driver was very rude, ignoring all signs to wear a hi-vis on site and then argued when asked to wear one.
Then proceeded to drive off at speed and could clearly here other goods in the back banging around.

Integrated Fridge Installed
Ordered a replacement integrated fridge. Paid for installation and take away. Both add on services I would recommend to anyone who has not got much experience with integrated appliances.
Communication from the company from point of order to installation was second to none. I was kept up to date with timings via email and text message.
The man who came to refit the fridge did a great clean job and he was polite and courteous of the property.
Would happily use this firm again in future and would recommend to anyone requiring replacement of integrated white goods.

Dreadful
Dreadful, ordered stainless steel hob and was sent black. When I asked for replacement was told it was my fault despite checking my order number 5 times. I’ve been charge £75 to have it collected. New firm I ordered from had pictures during order process which your site didn’t have. Until I tried to re-order and guess what suddenly there were pictures. When I asked if you’d run out of stainless steel hobs, guess what you had. Dreadful experience I’no doubt I was shafted by this Company.
If I checked order number 5 times why was I sent a black one? Company admitted they had no stock of stainless ones, so I suspect I was sent a black one hoping I would keep it. Their main argument is that I didn’t read my invoice correctly, that is correct the only thing on the invoice was the word black and it was virtually indistinguishable.

We must correct a number of inaccuracies in your comments.
Our records, from the point the order was placed through to dispatch, clearly show that the black hob was ordered. During your telephone call, you repeatedly stated that you had checked your order five times, but you also confirmed that you had not checked your order confirmation email, which clearly shows the black model you purchased.
You also stated that another retailer displayed product images during the checkout process whereas we did not. This is incorrect. Product images are displayed throughout our checkout process, including at the point your order is reviewed before payment.
At no stage was a stainless steel hob ordered, and there is no evidence that the incorrect item was dispatched.
We also explained your return options. You were entitled to return the hob using your own courier at your own cost, but you chose to use our collection service, for which the standard return fee applied.
All items have a unique barcode which is scanned at our distribution centre prior to dispatch. A different model simply would not scan against your order, and the records show that we dispatched the black hob that you ordered.
We appreciate that mistakes when ordering can be frustrating, but we do not accept that this was an error on our part or that your review accurately reflects what occurred.

My washing machine broke on Wednesday…
My washing machine broke on Wednesday evening. Rang Appliance World at 9am on Thursday morning and spoke to a very helpful man. Decided to replace my old washing machine with the same model, a Bosch, as it was always very efficient. It has just been installed less than 30 hours later. Very pleased.

Great experience from ordering to delivery. My old fridge freezer was so tall and I have a tink kitchen. But he never complained he just got on with it. A really nice friendly delivery person ( Steve). I would definitely recommend this company to my friends thanks for a great service.
