Appliance World Online is an outstanding company from ordering my fridge/freezer to delivery on a date suitable to me.
The delivery driver was superb he unpacked the item put the fridge/freezer appliance in place, removed the old appliance and removed all the packaging also.
I highly recommend Appliance World Online for their efficiency, customer care from ordering to delivery. 5 stars.
I recommend the Montpellier fridge/freezer as it’s a superb appliance.

Good competent professional service
Was very easy to to order online and select the correct product - integrated under the counter Hotpoint Freezer. Communication was very good (all done via email/text). Delivery guy was professional and polite. Not yet tested the appliance as it is getting integrated into units we are having made, but with all things Hotpoint, their goods are guaranteed.

Starting with placing the initial order, I spoke to a person (not automated) very knowledgeable. Regular updates via text and email regarding the delivery. I paid to have the oven fitted/installed, they arrived exactly on time installed the oven in 30 minutes. Great professional service, I would use again and highly recommended.
