Great service, start to finish
I live in a second floor flat and AO and Currys would not confirm delivery, they said to buy the fridge freezer and the delivery driver will make a decision on the day.
AWO had a human at the end of the phone, took some basic details and confirmed they would deliver. Communication on the order and delivery was excellent, and the delivery guys champion.
Would certainly recommend.

Great service easy to order

Appliance World were great
Appliance World were great, the delivery was so quick and the price was cheaper than the other leading retailers that I looked at as was the delivery charge. Messages kept me updated on the delivery time and the delivery driver arrived at the exact time. He was very polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Buying the appliance was easy BUT....
Buying the appliance was easy.
The appliance looks good and does what it says on the box.
However, the delivery person looked like he was on his first day withouthaving had any training for the job. He did not seem to know how to move the fridge-freezer carefully and his spatial awareness seemed very poor. The whole experience was a nightmare.
