Purchase was easy online, telephone call to confirm delivery.
Day before delivery was given a time slot which was confirmed on morning of delivery .
Delivery man was friendly and polite . Respected my home and completed install as paid for .
Would definitely recommended and also personally use this company again.

Great overall experience
My initial message was responded to by a phone call within 5 mins, I was offered dates for delivery to suit me and staff were very pleasant and helpful, I was updated with a 2 hr slot on the agreed day and actual updated time during the last hour.
I am very impressed with the service and delivery both were efficient and the 2 chaps who delivered were respectful of property and ensured I was happy. Well done 👏

We needed a specific size fridge/freezer. I was able to speak to someone on the phone. They were extremely helpful and solved our problem. There was no hard sale. The fridge/freezer was delivered today. I was kept informed of time of delivery. We are delighted with the appliance. Definite value for money. We would recommend this company.

What a great firm in Appliance World
What a great firm in Appliance World, I ordered a 60cm under counter fridge on the 19/08/26 on 24/08/26 I got a call saying my item would be delivered at 12 13pm delivered on time, driver very polite and pu my new fridge in my kitchen, I would definitely recommend Appliance World before looking elsewhere, many thanks to all the staff.

Easy to order
Easy to order. Delivery came on time. My only gripe is that there was only one man who was very kind and helpful. We tried ordering from elsewhere but everyone used the same delivery service from Appliance World with only one man. I feel that for appliances like this there should always be two men on the delivery team.

Nice fridge freezer but the delivery…
Nice fridge freezer but the delivery was not as expected we took our fridge freezer out of the bungalow the night before when the delivery drive turned up he put our freezer on the lorry but was reluctant to help me get the new one in the bungalow and would not wait while we took the cardboard ect of the new one to make sure everything was ok ,we paid £25 for ours taken away but reluctant help getting the new one into our bungalow.

A huge thank you to the team at Appliance World in Urmston! We had a tricky fitting, but they did an absolutely amazing job. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and even came out a couple of visits beforehand just to check that the installation would be possible. Despite needing to move some floorboards to get everything sorted, they were brilliant, couldn't have been more helpful, and were completely prompt and on time. Highly recommend their fantastic service!

Great communication
I was notified about eta and also updated half an hour before arrival. There was supposed to be 2 men but only one turned up but he was very helpful and took the time to help me lift it round the side of my house. Arrived in perfect condition.

Good offer on the product purchased and answered the phone promptly to answer a quick question before ordering.
Delivery time window was very useful and tracking on the day even more accurate which was appreciated. Recycling additional extra for old appliance was great too. Discount on delivery price if no steps (i.e. one man job).
