My second order from this company (because they offer very good prices) came so damaged by the delivery company that quarter of the order was missing. I contacted Approved Vitamins, and they responded immediately, offering to forward a replacement item, or give me a refund for it. Very good customer service!

The whole process of buying and receiving my sports gel product was really easy to follow.

I forgot to put the Easter discount code in for my last order. I contacted Approved and they have credited my account for the generous 20% discount. My orders arrived promptly and well packaged. I highly recommend using them.

I tried to use a discount code which was not applicable to the products in my basket. I emailed and Approved Vitamins didn't reply or offer to reduce the order value by 10% and sent further promotional online vouchers for 15% afterwards.
I put items in my basket and planned to complete the later, and, despite logging in, and receiving 2 emails offering me to go back to my basket, when I logged in again the items were gone.
The website needs a login code number which is sent to the email making the process of logging in more cumbersome.
I also notice PayPal has been removed as a payment option.
This is all making the shopping process very unpleasant, and disappointing as I have used Approved Vitamins for a couple of years, but I gave them 2 weeks to give any response to my emails and they haven't bothered responding.

I have found Approved Vitamins customer service to be extremely helpful and caring (very unusual these days)! I have used them a few times but in one order only half the number I ordered arrived and they were very generous not only in refunding for the missing items but also sent on the remaining ones and not taking back the refund which had already been given! I did not have to even ask for a refund! I have had difficulty finding these elsewhere and they have always responded quickly to previous orders and been very efficient!
I highly recommend them!

Definitely not recommended! I placed an order for vitamins on December 26th, received order confirmation, but days passed with no dispatch notification. Despite sending two emails with no response, I received an automated email two days ago, asking to confirm receipt, to which I replied that I hadn't. Only today I receive an email with confirmation for a refund. If the product wasn't in stock, why sell it on the website? I could have been waiting until summer, and without my emails, a refund wouldn't have happened. Not even an email apologising

This company is shocking. Still no email notification re my order after 2 weeks.
Is this company a scam as I have subscribed to them but had no confirmation about my order!!!

I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent on 3 March 2023, reporting products made of shark cartilage and shark liver oil, which have been proven to be unsafe for human consumption. I sent over half a dozen peer-reviewed studies alerting to the high risk and inefficiency of those supplements, claiming ‘the consumption of shark products may pose a human risk for BMAA exposures’ ‘[a] risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Parkinson-dementia complex’. I got no response.

This reveals bad customer service as well as a blatant disregard for the customer’s health and well-being, which seems to go against what is being advertised throughout the website.

A box of 20 Creative Nature bars was not included in my order, it took me to message Approved Vitamins to find that they were out of stock. I waited patiently for about 2 weeks, then asked for a refund several times only to be ignored and repeatedly told the item would be in stock soon. Not impressed that they were still advertising the item as available on the website when they didn't have any in stock! Nearly a month after my order I finally got a refund for this item which cost £19.80 and for some reason I was refunded £17.81!! But better than nothing, and would certainly not buy from Approved Vitamins again after this experience. Very disappointing Approved Vitamins!1

My order arrived in 2x parts because one item in the order hadn’t been included initially. On contacting Approved Vitamins, Kieran picked up my query and was brilliant at sorting it out. The issue was looked into and the missing item dispatched the same day, so although it was late (which really didn’t matter), my query was solved without any detriment to me. Ordered items in August 2023. Only half my order has been received. Now in October 2023 and still no correspondence from them. No reply on emails. No one answers their phone line. Left numerous messages and no one ever responds!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I came across Approved Vitamins in search of an oil I use (hard to find consistently) that has changed my everyday health for the better. Competitively priced, easy online experience to purchase, and fast to process and dispatch the delivery with tracking. The Royal Mail wasn't great, but Kieran at Approved Vitamins helped and handled the situation brilliantly and politely communicated with me throughout. Excellent. Will definitely purchase with Approved Vitamins again.
