I would like to highly recommend Aptus legal for their professional work ethic , their mind blowing efficient team specially Aasha Yadav and Varsha patil who dealt with our two properties transactions .
Our first association started as we were buying a property and our solicitor dealing with the whole thing bailed and left us high and dry . We got their recommendation from a friend and they just jumped in and with aasha at the rein the things were swiftly brought in control .
What really impressed me is their smart and thorough handling of the whole case . It was attitude of Aasha who at no point seemed overwhelmed or loosing the grip even when the situation did become challenging . I think in service industry it’s the relationship you create with your client that speaks volume and I think we developed a brilliant relationship and I really thank her for all the personal interest .
Our second transaction was sale of our property and we had Varsha patil who handled it for us . Varsha was also very thorough and most importantly was hands on with swift communication . She really left no stone unturned to get the transaction completed though there were many complications and things were not straight forward . I think the key to such transaction is person foreseeing an issue and being ready with solutions , able to communicate to both the parties with clear and effective comm and also ensure the professionalism is maintained through out - Aasha and Varsha were all this and more , they were the representatives of Aptus legal and we can’t recommend them enough .
