Great service, quick delivery, quality product 😁👌🏻

I ordered 2 Rockit Sup Kayaks which arrived a couple of days after placing the order, unfortunately one of the boards was faulty (Fin fitting was back to front) I contacted Aquaplanet and they arranged for the faulty board to be collected the next day, two days later the replacement board arrived. Faultless Customer service from Jess and the boards are great, the best quality available in that price range.

I purchase a paddleboard but it's just not fit for purpose, it's not sturdy in the water and doesn't sit in the water that great, it's goes under the water line, I am 15 stone in weight and the board states suitable for up to 20. 5 stone boarder's, I called customer service and they refused an exchange until i take pictures of the board in the water, the boards are cheap but sell for over £300 but they seem like cheap boards selling at higher end price's, avoid, also there seems a lot of 5 star reviews which maybe fake, I just can't see all these people are satisfied with the products, I'm not a complainer but the boards are poor

My paddle boarding confidence has grown and I wanted to upgrade from my beginner board to a touring board as doing a lot of paddling on the rivers so was interested in the Aquaplanet Stinger 12ft 8 which I had seen on the Aquaplanet website.
I had a few questions and required some advice to help understand if the profile of the board was right for me and I found the staff at Aquaplanet extremely helpful. I ordered the board via the website to take advantage of discount and the process was quick and easy, just like the delivery (ordered Saturday and arrived Tuesday).
Setting up the board was very straightforward and the quality of board and accessories is fantastic - unusual to get a carbon paddle with any board package.
When I took the board out for the first time I instantly felt comfortable and confident on it and it absolutely glides through the water, still giving excellent stability.
I am so pleased with the Aquaplanet Stinger 12ft 8 board along with the service and support from the Aquaplanet staff - overall an excellent board and amazing customer experience. Thank you.

Really good information on the website to help me decide which SUP to buy. The ordering process was quick and easy and my board arrived 3 days earlier than expected. I haven’t tried out my SUP yet, but It was well packaged and I am looking forward to using it soon.

I bought a Hurley Apextour shock wave. It arrived when they said it would. Had some issues with the board, some of which have been resolved. Custom service took a day or two responding but had a lot of good advice.

Love my board got it in the bank holiday 10% off deal and it even got delivered within 2 days . Customer service awesome , didn’t realise I hadn’t put my full address they rang me the next day and sent an email . I responded immediately and my board was shipped straight away . I didn’t pay any extra . Love the colour and it’s super sturdy very good for the price .

Delighted with my purchase (Hurley ISUP) from Aquaplanet. Got a great BH discount 20% off which prompted my wife to buy herself a new ISUP (also Hurley) 2 days later. Excellent service, fast delivery and faultless so far.

Boards came very quickly. They are great. Easy to inflate. Fantastic accessories including pump and wet bag and bag makes it all easy to carry. One problem I have had is that when deflating one of the boards's valves needs to be held down in order for air to be released. The other board's valve is fine - releases air automatically when pressed once. Is this a fault? Otherwise I am very happy with the purchase.

Very quick delivery - and simple order process. Now just need to get out on the board!

Apparently 2 day delivery takes from Thursday to the following Tuesday despite assurance it would be Monday ( still more than 2 days ) they don’t count weekends but it didn’t say 2 WORKING days when I ordered ! Good product poor service

Item was delivered the very next day which was fantastic. I've tested pumping it up in the garden. Love the rainbow colour design. Haven't been out on it yet but plan to do so this weekend.

After some research I chose to order a paddleboard package through Aquaplanet and I'm glad I did. Great service with super quick delivery (ordered at lunchtime and was received by breakfast the next day) The whole family have tried it out so will be ordering another one ready for next years holidays

I bought a Hurley paddle board from AquaPlanet and I was really impressed with the service. The delivery came a day earlier than I was expecting it to and everything was perfect. I was impressed with the helpful emails to help me get started with paddle boarding. Would definitely recommend.

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. I did an 11 mile run from Leeds to Castleford which was only my 2nd time using a paddle board. The only 2 negative points I have are: I wish the grab handle was at the back of the board and not the front as getting out of the water with would be easier to clear the fins of the side walls of the canal. My other point is the paddle part that you put in the water seems quite small so you feel much slower than the other paddles my pals were using which are slightly bigger. The positives: the board and equipment are good quality. I also purchased the life vest and phone holder which are also good quality. The board got a lot of attention from people we met along the way to Castleford. Due to the good quality this still gets a 5 star from me as I can always upgrade the paddle and will get use to the grab handle.

I ordered a single kayak over the August bank holiday weekend, on the Tuesday morning I received an email saying my order had been dispatched on a 2 day delivery. Wednesday morning I received an email telling me my kayak would be delivered today. It arrived early afternoon, I couldn’t believe the excellent service I received.
After setting it up, I had a query as to what an item was (new to kayaking/SUP) so I emailed my question. I received an email thanking me for my contact and I would receive an answer soon. First thing next day I received my answer, again great response time.
I should also say the kayak seems great quality, although as yet I haven’t had a chance to use it in the water.
I am so glad I ordered my kayak with Aquaplanet, highly recommend them.

Great experience , efficient delivery

I ordered a paddle board on Thursday and opted for 2 day delivery it is now Monday and I called Dpd couriers who said they have not deceived it yet so I phoned aquaplanet who advised me 2 day delivery from Thursday evening to TUESDAY is 2 day delivery and the website doesn’t say 2 working days either so still not got my item
