We had Aquaroc Exquisite Bathrooms redesign two of our bathrooms recently, after receiving quotes from three other bathroom specialists. The cost mattered but so did the quality. I reached out to Mark at Aquaroc Bathrooms after receiving a sample of the basin Material.
I had actually reached out to a competitor who offered the same at double the price, and were not great with their communication.
It was a no brainer, I went straight to Mark to place the order. My specifications were quite particular, hence it was a custom order with a lead time of 8-10 weeks. The order process was easy and Mark was very informative about the lead-times and updates. I received the basin a couple of days ago, it is absolutely stunning!

Invictus Back to Wall Freestanding Stone Bath…

After spending weeks looking for a specific freestanding bath I came across the Aquaroc website, it looked very professional and is very well organized when compared to its competitors, this includes photo, specification and dimensional information that I found necessary to make an accurate assessment of the product. In particular I like the images of the high end products in their natural settings which helped me visualize how the bath would look in my own home.
I contacted a Aquaroc and spoke to their representative Mark who was very polite and knowledgeable! As I wanted to speak to a person directly before placing my order to discussed a few minor details and following my convocation I placed my order of the Invictus Back to Wall Freestanding Stone Bath and I received a confirmation immediately.
I would highly recommend Aquaroc not only for the quality of the products and the wide range of designs but for the friendly reassuring customer service and fast delivery.
