Aquastream Water Softeners Ltd Reviews 

Have had two Kinetico Water Softeners since 1993 and needed a replacement for my 2007 model. Having carried-out extensive research and looked at other Brands I decided that Kinetico was again the sensible choice.

I spoke to many dealers all of whom appeared to propagate the usual ‘black-magic’ on pricing and specification that appears to pervade this industry; Aquastream were quite different.

They were very knowledgeable and offered sensible, extremely competitive pricing. The softener arrived in perfect condition on the delivery date and was up and running in no time…

They did what they say they would in the time they have told us. Clean and tidy installation with no effort from our side. We have now soft water in the house and, unexpectedly, we are more careful to not waste it.

Very efficient and helpful company. I ordered just after Christmas and was advised that delivery may have been a bit delayed, but the replacement cartridge arrived the next day. And, when I had a problem fitting (my fault), a service engineer helped me sort it. Whoopee!

Aquastream were extremely efficient. They advised us on the best water softener to use and installed this. They had some awkward plumbing to achieve and we asked them to put in an extra mixer tap. All as quoted. We now have wonderful soft water. They were polite, professional and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

For the last few yearsI have bought the Kinetico K5 replacement filter set from Aquastream. They have always been the cheapest. Product is also delivered quickly and well packaged. Highly recommended.

Very good, delivered on time easy to install and lasts a year. No residue left in kettle.

Our water softener failed, and we asked Aquastream to install a replacement. Stephen arrived right on time and immediately got to work. He stripped out all the previous plumbing and replaced it with a much neater pipework, and he finished five minutes before than he promised. In addition, although installation day happened to be quite wet and rainy, he left the room in a rather tidy condition, despite he had to go out into the rain multiple times. We would also like to commend Stephen on his adherence to government advice on wearing his mask all the time. Hopefully, we will enjoy the soft water for many years!
