Got a 5 in 1 tap and chiller. Installation instructions were very clear and consistent. All the components seem to be high quality and I love the look of the tap. I had a few specific questions which tested maybe the most impressive part of the experience: Customer service. Both before and after purchase. So far… a great experience all around!

Only just installed tap as kitchen wasn’t completed when we purchased it. So far very pleased. It takes up little room underneath the sink and works really well. Very stylish and well made so it looks lovely too. Pressure of normal hot and cold not as good as I would like but that may be due to feed rather than tap itself. Am no expert so I don’t know. All in all very happy.

We purchased the Aquatap Ultra Plus with pull-out spray, and overall we’re very pleased with the product.

The tap itself feels high quality, and installation was straightforward. I fitted it myself using the instructions and video provided, which were clear and easy to follow.

One tip if you choose the pull-out spray version: make sure you have enough space beneath the sink for the hose weight to move freely up and down—this ensures smooth operation of the pull-out function.

The day after installation, the boiling water and filtered water functions stopped working. However, after a call with Sean from the technical support team, the issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. It turned out that the filter pin connection had become stuck after I refitted the filter, preventing water flow into the boiler.

Excellent support and a great product overall.

Nice machine, but my wife has great difficulty in using the boil water tap as it is very hard to hold the button down and turn at the same time. Any easy suggestions ?

Whilst the purchased Aqua Tap appears to be to a good standard. There appears to be a possible design fault as it has developed a fault where it does not pass sufficient hot water to allow my Worcester combination boiler to light up all the time. This is despite the boiler lighting every time a bathroom or shower room hot tap is opened. The boiler flow switch has been changed to eliminate this as a possible cause, it has made no difference to operation of Aqua Tap operation.

I really like my new tap it’s very easy use. Ordered the new pull out plus and extremely happy. Flo is great, and my tap looks great in my new kitchen. For information installation was so easy. Big tip just follow aquataps videos on how to install. So easy to install and managed to install the tap within an hour and half. Excellent quality and so easy to use. Not sure how we managed before without our new tap!

I rang Sean as I didn't how to change all the contact details and the payment details to a new member of the family. Sean guided me through what to do on line and also sent a link to a helpful video of instructions.

Bought a shower kitchen tap at the ideal home show. Had it fitted with a new kitchen. Subscribed to the filter. Have changed it once it seems quite easy. Doesn't have an indicator to show when filter needs changing. Also the tap with the hose retains water. So if you use the boiling water function its always advisable to run cold water so that the next person doesn't get scolded with hot water. If I had known this when I bought the tap I probably would have bought the other option.

Great service from the after sales team, could not have been more helpful and determined to help us address out problem. Plus, the tap works great, really pleased with it.

The tap is great I bought 4 in one the boiling water is not sufficient hot enough for making tea or coffee would be better if was more hot the water flows less then a normal water would have been better if was much more pressure as you do washing it’s not enough

I've written the review for AquaTaps about 6 times,but I keep on losing it. Basically the tap is brilliant,but the customer service (shout out to Sean and Shireen!) is AA+. The look is sleek and beautiful (I have a black one). They made me feel as though I wasn't asking any silly questions like 'how do switch the unit on?' to 'when is my next filter due?'. I can't praise the tap unit enough. You can definitely taste the difference in drinking as well as cooking with the water. I used to buy bottles of water both plain and carbonated, but I can say I drink more water. I'd urge you to make a considered purchase and invest in your health. You won't regret it- I don't!
